Okay I see many with same concern because coconut milk is only good for a few days in the fridge. Get NEW icecube trays snd freeze then bag. It's good for 6 months. I hope thos helps. Oh, snd put the can in the fridge for 24 hrs. Minimum before mixing it up.
Use coconut cream for thicker.Ceylon cinnamon is better for you than plain.Add a couple dried dates for sweetness and blend it all in a blender not a bowl. Enjoy!
Will it really last a week? On the coconut can they say best use within 3 days of opening, but I can’t consume that much cream in 3 days:) I hope it really lasts.
@@maysaraali5772 Get new ice cube trays, pour the rest in and freeze. Then bag the cubes. Hope this helps. They will last 6 months. I don't understand why they didn't say this.
Hello, from Alaska...So, I just made this and it was not quite sweet enough. I added 1 tsp. of liquid stevia and it is SO, SO, GOOD!! Wow! I'm on a bit of a health quest for better gut health. Bad gut health is killing people. Thank you...
Adding a can coconut condensed milk will have it sweet like commercial creamers but use as just a splash in your coffee to ensure you’re not consuming an unholy amount of sugar. Cheers to making your little luxuries at home 🎉
Wow I always admire black coffee drinkers...I'm gradually incorporating that as I was adding too much creamer. Sorry to hear it upsets your stomach now. ❤
Hi, you can make your own coconut milk. You need to buy a fresh coconut then you take the coconut and add half cup of water( less water more thicker coconut milk) blend it then strain. I make it all time. With the coconut remains you can add to cake, cookies, smoothie, so on.
@@ElizabethS519 Try refrigerating the can over night and use a hand mixer. It also will have a heavier, creamier feel once it hits the coffee. I hope it works for you.

I skip the bowl and just shake it up . Works great and less mess
Thank you for this video. I tried nut pods, which is good but expensive. I appreciate this. 😊 thank you.

Thank you so much for sharing. I typically like my coffee black, but I can’t drink it that way anymore, it’s to acidic and makes me nauseated now.

A blender would have worked great for this...
But most of the coconut milk I find have only use them within 3 to 5 days
New icecube trays, freeze then bag. Good for 6 months.
Where's the lecithin? You need lecithin to keep it in solution... so it doesn't separate.

More and more health experts are suggesting at least 3 cups of coffee for its antioxidant benefits.
That’s if coffee is the only bean you consume
I tried this with coconut milk and coconut cream, and neither worked? The cream didn't ever blend with the milk?
Did you put it in coffee or was it too thin to bother trying?
@dianes5762 the two ingredients never blender together. It was a thick glob and liquid?

It doesn’t last much. It goes bad quick.
