Little smol brain tip for your research queueing, you can double click the icons to queue them up for researching, incase you didnt know, real handy when you are sifting through the things you know you want/need
Best test it yourself, but in my game i couldn't destroy the central yeast root.
I had sentinels, flamethrowers and artillery in range and they ignored it while clearing out the acid balls.

I stole your infinite carbonium/ironium idea and went a little crazy with it and I have room for more. Making 70 of each, a couple hundred towers, and every bit of it is floored and in repair tower range. There is even a little farming area for paladium and titanium. Might try to make it my final base
I like these long videos, I don't like to watch streams so this is nice to watch when I feel like watching some game content. Also there's not alot of good tutorial videos for this game and you explain stuff nicely. Through a combination of my own play and your tutorials and tips this game has become alot easier

You brag about these big brain plays against brutal mode, but what are we smole brain gamers supposed to do? I watch and enjoy your content as soon as it releases, regardless of sleep.

Few things 1 get your base up for more hubs for downloading speed. 2 you do not get attacked when you are off base. 3 you can cancel an incoming attack for the harder one with a base HQ upgrade. 4 you only get the new biome monsters in the waves once you complete the final mission for the biome, so the tech and plants can be enough, keeps it simple for a while.
A new(er) weapon they’ve added is the Heavy Plasma Gun. If you charge it up, it provides a 180 degree energy shield that blocks projectiles (linear).
You can also set off the mines from a distance by spraying your flame thrower over the exploding mushrooms or with any explosive damage weapon (such as the hammer).
@12 minutes in, those fragments are larva. They love power connectors and towers but not much else. Once you hit the Big boy waves they can really wreck a base if you're not prepared for them.
@~30 minutes Boom shrooms! You can scan them and harvest them too. You can also outrun their blast if you have enough move speed ~+2.5% should be enough. =)
I decided my first playthrough that I despise the acid plains. It's a green hell... I died the first time there... And the following 5 times. Didn't die anywhere else except once in the volcanic biome.

Man, this game reminds me of into the breach, it was a vrey hard 2d like strategy game, it was worth playing it
Gosh I'm like 20 hours in and never unlocked titanium or paladium, think I might have glitched my game
Flame throwers are the best at taking out the acidic yeast. Just be sure to wait a second or two after you destroy them before you walk back in.
I enjoy long videos more. Keeps the introductions at a minimum.
