I agree but I thing Brothgar would rather get experience and design a plan for a play through style video. Similar to their no oxygen videos.

I need logistics chains and a large tech tree to research , ., However it's great to see a sim game with a threat like Factorio , this game has been in my WL for years :)
They will make economy simpler and go more in depth on gear and mech upgrades
This is clearly a StarCraft 2 custom map as a standalone game.
Considering the effort activision blizzard has been doing to make sure nobody feels like actually releasing good maps anymore it would not surprise me if this was the actual case.

My first thought was an ARPG version of They Are Billions, but Factorio makes sense too.
The game looks dope! Just hoping that the gameplay loop is not always the same thing (always creating the same setup whatever the map...).

The multiplayer is planned in the future. Probably after it gets released.
I'd love to see a full playthrough of this game when it comes out. I'd also like to see a few survival playthroughs until it comes out. ONI is great, but I like your style so I love it when you do other stuff. Loved your Dyson Sphere playthrough as well. Maybe do another Dyson play if they ever add anything significant to it. Also. Satisfactory!!! You played it in its infant stages but its grown up so much since then. Are you waiting for them to finish it?

So like dream engines, love it!
Same type of game. However they do go about things differently. I have only played a small bit of dream engines. I am a fan of this tower defense + base building style of game.

Will it be only single player in the final version?
When i think of diablo i do not think of playing solo, its just not what hack and slay fundamentally has been built on. Even diablo 2 had fully functional coop multiplayer and was entirely extendable to atleast 8 players maybe even 16 cant remember it perfectly. This while potentially giving each player potential summons and atleast 1 mercenary. Strange to mention it and not say wheter this would have it

I hope the campaign mode lets you focus on base vs personal development. Because I don't really care about the hack and slash gameplay. I'd prefer to have bots or turrets or whatever do the fighting and focus on automation.

the enemys attack after a few min in the full game.. thats why i dont buy it... i guess.. but im not sure if i buy it or not XD
Under survival there is an option to change the warm up timer if you want more time to build. It did feel like normal difficulty was rather hard to play.

Does it have depth or is it just pew pew pew ? Cause to that won't hold my attention , tech .., for more than 5 to 10 hours, guess I will have to wait for the campaign , isn't it fall now !
Won't really know till the campaign is out. Much of the deeper parts of the game are out of reach for a short survival mode. For the basic stuff you are not building conveyors for everything, but numbers still matter. liquid systems do require pipes. It's probably fewer factory logistics than most but with ARPG loot and build customization.
@@brothgar i don't really get the loot thing, where Is it comming from , you you're not fighting foes with weapons ? I assume you mean guns etc drop or is it just rare mats ?
If one can use smarts to build a great defense and win, great... even if there's a learning curve , if I need the reactions of a 16 year old and constant wipes cause I'm slow and old. , I will get annoyed :)

Looks interesting, but the art direction is a mess!
Game look nice but the hoard AI is awful. Every object should have an annoyance factor for the creature that it values it as a target. Just going at the next closest piece of fencing is stupid. Once a hole is penetrated in the fence creatures should swarm through the opening and choose value targets based on their ability. Current AI behavior seems easily exploitable.
This video is kinda weird for me because while I'm not against this kind of content is odd that you aren't explaining what are you doing, why and what do you expect of what you're building :P
Looks like stupidified version of Fortresscraft: Evolved (not even Factorio) with ugly eye-cracking graphics
