Great video, Randy! I use Zoom Trick Worms every time I go fishing here in the Midwest! Redbug, Junebug and black work great for both Smallmouth and Largemouth here! Due to the many snags on the Mississippi River, I often cut the Trick Worm down and use a light bullet weight and 1/0 or 2/0 EWG to Texas Rig it to cut down on losing so many Wacky and Drop Shot setups.
I love the Zoom trick worm. Take it over a senko any day. Always have one tied on. Black sapphire and the black are my go to’s here in the more stained water here in NC.
Really enjoy the "interruptions" you are making great information clips, thank you. I fish 95%, small mouth, Montana, ID, East WA, Columbia, Snake Rivers, really clear 15ft vis. Would you tutorial us NWesten folk?

To add, I use a Spike-It Chartreuse marker on the tip of the tail worm.
This stuff is always good info. Randy, please keep this coming. It's why I watch as well.
Really good info on this video, Randy. This is why I watch your channel
Thx man!
Thank you for that information. It's hard earned info over your entire career. Very valuable information.
Glad it was helpful!

Best summer color in my humble opinion is Junebug. A Junebug Trick Worm has produced my last three PBs, most recent (like 2 weeks ago) being 8.5 lbs.

Great info, Randy!
I’ve always had good luck with the old trick worm!
I’m shocked you didn’t mention junebug color , it’s my favorite
Friend of ours really took names one time.
On that color, fortunately for us forgot to hide them 😂 well image ( who) found them😊
The brown orange swirl color 🔥🤐
7" black trick worm I fish everytime I go out the and 7" junebug can't beat them
What would make you texas rig a trick worm instead of a senko? And vice versa
Great question, following
I listened on double speed so you could get that boy swimming faster. Hope it helped!
HI Randy do you use attractant?
how much does flake matter ? is it situational?
Very good stuff. Where are the trains, helicopters, chickens and neighbors?
I notice every lure you show has some line attached as if you don’t cut the line close to the eye. Why is that?
I catch more on merthiolate color than all the others combined.
Looks alot like the old jelly worms.
