Loving this video. :) As an avid enneagram enthusiast and Jungian typology of well over 5 years, and a typist myself, I find that the case seems to be - nothing is impossible. Some combinations are just rarer than others; a bit like finding a unicorn. By far the most common types across the spectrum - in my experience - are 3, 6, 9 which are incredibly common across the spectrum of all MBTI types!
Considering the fact that billions of people exist on this planet, I find it odd that certain people say some MBTI/Ennegram combos are impossible. Not every INTP is a 5. Not every 8 is an ESTP/ESFP. Not everybody is cut from the same cloth. People are more nuanced and complex than typists give them credit for. Especially when you take neurodivergence into account like autism, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, etc.
You can divide into the enneagram subtypes and group them based on that. There is no way you can get any type 8 subtype that is not going to have high Se, it just doesn't make sense. Basing it on subtypes with how the cognitive functions is highly correlative. There's combinations that make sense and they don't, you've really got to dive into the subtypes. For example social 5's can be ENTJ whereas sexual/self-pres just cannot. It's the same reason ENFJ's cannot be type 8's as high Fe just does not fit into how any of the subtypes act.
@@trikortreat123 Thankfully I'm merely an INTP 5 which is fairly common so its not like I'm gonna have an identity crisis in that regard anytime soon. Pretty sure I'm Sp/So given I'm a sex-repulsed aromantic asexual. If certain MBTI + Enneagram pairings are incompatible, does that mean all asexuals are Sx blind?
If you added the big-five personality test to your calculations you analyses would become exponentially more complicated, so I don't expect you to do it. Nonetheless, the five-factor system is very interesting. I intuitively knew that I was a INFP type, but I needed your help to see what Enneagram type I was. I think it is 9, because I have such a problem with anger. Your videos helped me to see that I am not a 1, but a 9 wing 1. I have anger but I am driven to control it. I become more like a 1 when I am under a great deal of stress. Then I begin to think obsessively, "Why aren't people following the rules?"

I'm a VERY strong ENFP (I'm about 75% E and 99% NFP) and DEFINITELY a 2w3 so! This is so interesting. My tritype is 279.

Thanks for explaining. Makes sense ❤
I'm an INFJ and I'm sure about type 5, idk if my wing is 4 or 6, both make sense
Hi . I'm sure thtat I;m an ENFP 9w8 . Do you think it's posssible ?
yeahh same for me exactly literally nothing works better
Hah . Weird combination . But i think it's really interesting . How did you realise that you are an ENFP 9w8?@@Pinkywinkykinky
I believe I'm an INTP and my Enneagram is supposedly 5w6, which fits based on the preferences.
@@sapphire_raven I don't know. I haven't delved as deeply into Enneagram as I have with MBTI. Are there common tritypes for INTP 5w6's?
I'm an ISFJ 9w1 :)
at least i think so
Yup accurate.
