You are by far the best teacher I’ve watched! Your explanation of how you choose your colors and why has been so helpful to me. I’m going to watch this whole series over and over to get the idea in my head. Already I feel so much more informed and prepared about how to choose my colors! Can’t wait to put it in practice! You have done an excellent job of helping me to understand color. It has helped my paintings to become more realistic. Understanding the role of light and the effect of it on the colors and how important layering is as well. Thank you.
ive binged on your vids and commented before, but i fell off of art completely for a long time, and now im wanting to get back to painting and its your videos that are inspiring and motivating me, thanks a ton for your efforts throughout the years in making these videos. Youexplain things in a way that i "get it"...i just need to watch all your uploads so it all gets burned into my head lol
I'm a fan. Looking forward to seeing more of your work. I'm 64 and am now beginning to paint. Have painted one semi successful Mural and am now working on a second. I'm currently trying to paint a scene from 116th street and Park ave. in Manhattan which includes an elevated train. Can you give some pointers.
By the way, when you paint an outside mural, do you use exterior paint? Sounds like a silly question but I’m not sure if there is a difference in colors or is it just the durability that is the difference. In that case, wouldn’t a good sealer be okay if using interior paints?

Loved all the Bob Ross references. Me and my dad used to watch him faithfully Saturdays on PBS when I was like 12 or so. Enjoyable lessons, sir.
