Hallo, Joe. Long time no See. Fan from the Start. You have helped me overcome my Shyness. Because of you, I was Travelling for 5 Years Around the World, making my Money with Big Murals, for Hotels and such (cheap ones) 9 years Ago.

Super painting and explanation. If you ever run out of ideas for a video, I would enjoy a short one where you explain relative value, saturation and color across a finished painting. “Here is what the painting does and what that makes your brain see.” For example, I see more saturated/pure blue in the foreground vs. the background. That gives the effect of atmospheric interference and pushes the mountains back or the water forward. I see the same with dark values up close vs. light in the back, which again pushes things up or back. You seem to use yellow in the clouds vs. purple in the mountains making things seem translucent or solid. You always touch on these things while you paint, but it would be nice to have an overview on a finished painting.

very interesting themes, but maybe isnt my understanding of enlgish very good because i not fully grasp the rule of thumb...how paint light, shadows and middle tones? and why? this would be a good cloud to paint for everyone. anyway you know what you're doing and it'sdone very well. bravo

Hi Joe! I saw that you're using Superpeer to host your events etc. I would like to self-host my online course and I was wondering if you are happy with their offering? I'm not sure about the 10% margin that they take. I'd be very happy to hear your thoughts and to hear whether you're happy with their platform! Thank you :) Wera
