Made this and eating now. Very good. Although it was 100g of each ingredient, the soy bites completely dominate the dish. Next time I would put 150g of mushrooms and 150 of baby corn. Also, I messed up the curry dosage. I read tsps and not tbsps. So I put 4 tsps of green curry, and it was still alright as in not bland. And it was my first time trying soy bites. The texture was very good.
Agreed. I think the abbreviations for Tbsp and tsp are far too similar. Hmm, maybe I should come up with new ones. Glad you liked it man. Thanks again :)
