Hey Kan, you can use a bag, which drops when you die and just leave 1 unnessecary item in it as a Waypoint. I have one at my base and one welded to my vehicle. It is VERY useful :D Please like, so Kan sees it

@@zh9664 think about it this way. Scrap mechanic was a sandbox game, they have just added a new gamemode that is practically bigger and more complicated than the other gamemodes put together. It was released 9 days ago, cut them some slack
I realized that my game might be broken as well. I can mine stuff while I’m in a seat which means if I drive and press right mouse button I usually mine away my seat.
@RyanObryaN dude, axolot spent 5 years on survival, they've been working on it since they created scrap mechanic, the creative mode updates were minor updates. I think a lot of these bugs will be sorted out overtime, but some just won't. I do agree though these people need to give the devs a bit more slack, even though there are game breaking bugs we could have let them have more time to fix them, but we basically begged them to release survival mode, and they finally did.
Whether you thought so or not, most people had to use this video as a tutorial. This is just making me smile ear to ear driving this thing around. God I love this series.
Kan, you could place chests under the craft bot, so that the output and input chests are connected through chests! With this setup you never have to take out stuff from the output chest ever again to craft something that requires crafted resources!
I'm loving these videos Kan, thank you so much for making your content. I bought scrap mechanic years ago but haven't gotten a computer able to run it, I hope that someday I can get one and learn how to play as good as you :) Thank you for this content, keep it up :)
Kan. Just so you know, you don't need a dedicated car for transporting food creates. You can just pick them up on the shoulder and slap them on this off-road. And also, great videos.
Don't know if anyone else has said this, but in Scrapman's world, his caged farmers had responded, so you should check back in the charged forest for another one.

Making the piston engines yes engines he would need 2 would be hard because the suspension takes up the inner bit and he could make the piston engines like them little steps
Kan your very inspiring ! ! Thank you for showing us how to build something like this! It's not super complicated but it's just complicated enough not to understand it without alittle explaining for the first time. Thanks for the tutorial on the double wish bone! Keep up the good work you rock!
You should try making something that just whacks farmbots. Seeing as they can be knocked over, and presumably damaged, by high speed impacts, this could prove to be a really effective defence.
If I'm not mistaken, you could still use that suspension set up for a truck if you split it in half, and have it running down the sides of the vehicle, rather than out from the centre. Think of it like the rear suspension of a motorcycle. It will still take up the same height, but you'll have an open space at the back of your vehicle to put things.
The hay-bot base in the hay biome has a gold crate that contains useful rare items sometimes MASSIVE TIP: use the lift to move your vehicle under a hill and you can roll the caged guy in with ease
Watching you attempt to load the farmer by hammer brought back memories of you stubbornly solving every challenge mode level with the crudest of vehicles.
The metal clanging sound was your wide-body kit rubbing the back tires, lol. Maybe stiffen the suspension another full upgrade, and you should be able to rev up the engine.

The farmers aren't that uncommon, just search small and thick forested "chunks" to find farmers and there are probably multiple camps with farmers around your base that you don't even know about.
That would be nice. I actually intend to set some explosives off in a forest and see if the trees burn to ember. I have a burn zone next to my packing facility, so I haven't had to go far, still have a lot left.
Farmers are typically found in wooded areas with cotton. I have not seen this tile yet with a farmer camp in the charred forest. There is one tile on the beach behind a wooded hill with paths. They take a long time to respawn, like 30 days or something like that. I mark the locations with beacons.
If you put a saw on a set of pistons going back and forth, the saw does not need to be running, the robot won't attack the wall its running along and makes them afraid of that area Or you can just add a bunch of saws sticking out the wall still works
Could user more lights on the top bar, prefferably angled sideways & down plus set further back so you can localise the 3rd person night-vision around the vehicle components. interesting suspension, finally dawned on me I will need to make myself at least one multi-wheeled big-rig (slower but using a zero fuel economy due to the absurdity of fuel comsumption on "heavier" vehicles) and a few smaller specialist thunderbirds kinda craft for rapid-transport/lumberjacking/mining. Thunderbird 2, now there's an idea, I wonder if I could cludge some form of "submersible" using sequenced pistons with sensors to cushion the downward travel (think record player needle) instead of variable- ballast (for oil harvesting), flight looks to be a gimmick currently so I'm tempted to somehow try and build a mass-driver instead. A shame there are no lighter-than-air-baloon equivelant,s though I suppose active-support may work equally well for a collapsible observation platform.
On the back, flip the piston vertically to conect on the body of the vehicle and start on the 1 possition, then retract it to give it hight. Maybe you can use a logic simple logic system? I would use a controller. So that you dont have that pillar stickin up on the back, and have an actual truck bed.
hey, kan, the farmbots are afraid of the sawblades, so if you put a border of sawblades around your farm, they won't attack. the raids will still spawn, but the farmbots won't go near the sawblades. so you could create a fully automoatic farm, that is immune to farmbot raids, as long as the red boss and tape bots don't show up.
You can make a simple trunk door on the back there and put tons of chests down, also you can maybe load/unload the farmer by simply increasing your pistons to like 7 blocks, driving over them and lowering it, and then securing them with a simple sliding piston door as the car’s bottom.
I love the idea of a big rig 18 wheeler type vehicle that is used for the mass transit of fruits I also like this jeep type vehicle that you made in this episode I think it will serve well as a scouting vehicle with the capability you transport slightly larger items of interest like that of a caged farmer love the videos keep up the good work man!!!
