Crohn's problem is blood. I treated him with blood. I took herbs from Egypt. I bought it. It was called a solvent for cholesterol and a solvent for liver fat. I am cured of Crohn's disease. This simply means that neither the colon nor the immune system is the actual problem. The whole story is blood and arteries, because it is the food of the body, without which it will not recover from any disease....

I've been needing this video for so long...THANK YOU!! I've been struggling tremendously with severe fatigue as a result of my crohn's and colitis. I was on iron tablets for about 2 years, but they were not working the way they should have as a result of active inflammation still in a couple spots. I recently started a round of iron infusions instead and they have helped somewhat. I was a vegetarian for 8 months and it seemed to help quite a bit with my fatigue, so I am slowly introducing that diet back into my life in hopes that I can eliminate the fatigue as much as possible. sometimes I feel like the fatigue that comes with crohn's and colitis is almost worse than the stomach pain and other symptoms! anyways, I have really enjoyed following your journey on youtube and instagram. best of luck with your health in the future!

My doctor showed me some stretches to do while in bed, super simple you can find them online. It really helps me to feel like I at least moved a little while stuck in bed. Or if I can make it to the living room and stretch on the floor, I feel I’ve accomplished something on a bad day. Thanks for your videos! They e really helped me navigate my first year being diagnosed with Crohn’s! 💗💗

Yes!!! So many people don’t understand. They just think you have gas and there is so much more to IBS/IBD. The fatigue and brain fog are so difficult to live with when you’re not able to absorb the nutrients you need from your food. (#FellowAnemic) Thanks for sharing your tips 💚 A good reminder for us all!

I was having a unheard of amount of fatigue, like I couldn't even stand up for 10 minutes. they took me off one of my prescriptions and that seemed to help, along with supplements and coffee. I'm glad to be normal again, even if it's my normal. I hope you're doing well :)

I try to walk everyday even if I feel tired , but there are days when I literally lie in the bed all day long and watch movies or videos.
Last month I had pneumonia , so it was extra tiring , so last month I literally lie in the bed all day long and watched movies and videos. At the moment the walking is especially tiring.

No, not anymore! I used to be on Azathioprine after lots of courses of steroids, but I have been off-medication for over a year and trying to deal with my symptoms more holistically. Sadly this does not work for everyone, and you should always consult a medically trained professional before making any decisions. Lx
