This is so encouraging ❤I have a rare blood autoimmune condition and it’s caused me 3 hospitalization in the last 3yrs. Most recently this week. It has been a trial I could have never imagined. I am determined to start really listening to more encouraging stories from over comers who have health challenges. God is still good. It’s hard but He is still Good

Thank you for sharing! My husband and I lived in Melbourne for several years in the 80's and 90's. I got sick there in the 90's, and had to come back to the States.
My husband was pastoring there. I was misdiagnosed so many times! After all these years, I was finally diagnosed with Lyme in Feb of this year. I am going through treatment now. Haven't seen much improvement yet, other than my nausea is better. This entire process does a lot to your mind trying to navigate it all. I am so thankful for God's strength in this. There is no way I could do Lyme without Him. Thank you again for sharing!

These things certainly can teach us a lot and give us a lot of perspective when we go through them. Some people become bitter and falling to depression, others seek perspective and try to get a greater understanding of the situation and of life and this way of thinking is truly beneficial. I know that when I'm completely healed I will look back and treasure how much has been gained during this time. Thank you for being a blessing on my channels. Matt.

    YES! 100%...
Great video! This is spot-on. I had ME/CFS for decades but pushed through crashes & worked when I should have been home sleeping or in the hospital.
I pushed & crashed & pushed, & pushed until Covid-19 stopped me in my tracks.
2 years & 24 doctors later I'm filing for SSDI because in the United States doctors don't know how to help.
I was told it's because of anxiety & depression that I'm having problems.
Nope! Anxiety & depression are secondary because I'm suffering...doctors don't know how to help & I'm stressed because I might have to live in my car...
    THAT'S ANXIETY & DEPRESSION!!!
Good for you for pushing & finding the right doctor.
I feel your pain, it translates well without you breaking down.
This choked me up & brought tears.
You are strong! Good Luck with your battle.
This is real, & it's an invisible illness that friends, family & doctors don't understand.

Thank you for your comment. I think the lessons learnt through this time are so applicable to life in general. You won't get results unless you continue to do the right things consistently and refused to give up when it seems like nothing is working. It is a brutal training ground but I hope that greater normality is around the corner.

I can totally relate to the pain of going through this chronic illness while losing a relationship. Two years ago I was at my lowest and my wife left me (due to other issues but the CFS certainly was part of it). Not being able to fight for the person you love due to extreme exhaustion is torture. I’m 80% better now and hoping to be 100% soon. What clinic did you work with and what do you attribute most of your improvement to? Glad I found your channel.

Thank you for your comment David. I'm sorry to hear that you also went through that. It is excruciatingly painful knowing that there is nothing you can do being so incapacitated. It is a whole another level of emotional distress. I'm so happy to hear that you were so much better now. I got treated at the ozone clinic in Sydney which is located at Castle Hill. The main treatments that I got there were ozone therapy and xenon gas. But as you would know it takes incredible day today discipline and diligence. Healthy eating, removing stresses and keeping away from electronics would definitely the foundation of any Improvement of experienced. I hope that you go from strength to strength David and get back to enjoying a full life which is my desire also.

Brother, I think the Lord sent me to your channel.
I'm going through something similar now. Over worked from my last job + the studying put additional stress. Worked very hard only to lose my job. Thank God I've got another lined up and starting soon (after 2 months of downtime the Lord gave me).
Developed a weird situation where I can't look at screens for too long otherwise I would get a panic attack. I had like nightly panic attacks (heart would beat noticeably). The stress of a mortgage looming over head.
But the time of spiritual growth and the gain of perspective toward the priorities of life you gain - i definitely don't want to go through it again or have it get worse, but I can't say it wasn't for the better (with eternity in mind).
But I do want to share some tips the Lord has shown me. Using yellow tint glasses when looking at a screen really helps alleviate eye strain. I'm opting for an eye care monitor with my next job. Learning NOT to strive too much for this world bc when you're used up, the world will not be there for you. A lot of unnecessary stress sometimes comes from working against the Lord's direction for your life, toeing His line will make sailing smoother. Getting enough sleep each night (or even staying in bed for 9 hrs if I can't stay asleep the whole night). And this supplement called biocomplete 3 - i think maybe a good GI tract and the butyrate (which gives you energy that you would normally produce if you exercised - for when you can't). I don't sell that supplement or anything, but it does supply me with steady natural feeling energy (unlike coffee).
Please let me know if you have any other tips.

I sent the to my mom and husband last night. I was only 23yrs old, I woke up sick, I'm now 47. They just keep tossing me around. I have seizures, bp bottoming but the dialstic dysfunction no worries. It was 60/47 at my tilt table...oh, and my dad has been sick 26yrs. My brain is changing and I feel it
Mom, I know you've heard about ME/CFS and lyme disease. And I'm sure you've read things, trying your best to understand. I can understand WHY you don't understand. 👀👀👁👁 but the really important thing's are what you need to understand. And I'm not trying to sound rude whatsoever. (Under my skin)
About the documentary, you said you don't know why it wouldn't be covered by ins. It doesn't seem like it would cost more than any other disease. That is why both have so many myths. That's exactly why. That's what they want families; friends; people who have only heard about it. To confuse them. They're still winning this battle. It's not just about me or dad. Any person around the world. It is the US naming it chronic FATIGUE syndrome. So the FATIGUE stood out, downplaying it even more. Even a comedian made fun of it. When Eric and I were at the Dels. I came downstairs so excited because he said. CFS and I thought he was bringing awareness to it. Eric watched it and said, he's making fun of it💔💔💔
The insurance is a hugh factor. There's up to date information about corruption in both ME & chronic lyme. People who are literally crawling. I've crawled to my bathroom and back. When I'm able to go downstairs, & it hits me. I'm crawling back up and to my bed. And being told the same thing for decades. While we are decaying. Including our organs.
I can see why you would think people with certain diseases are way worse off. There's different degrees to every disease. Mild moderate severe to totally have to rely on everyone else for everything.
I'm not trying to say what's worse and what isn't. Or downplaying any of it. And
People with Lyme or ME we're not being overdramatic. Both are absolutely downplayed throughout the world.
I'm not living their life and them not living mine. It's not a competition. Some ppl seriously tries making it that way. That's why I stopped going to other groups. It sucks that anyone has to be sick.
That doesn't take a way from me or dad. Lyme is nicknamed the Shame disease. That's exactly what it is. I feel total shame. The guilt. Regardless, who it comes from, say it's not our fault. Then, turn around, and not intentionally, making us feel guilt. We're not blind or deaf. We see body language and hear remarks. I'm also not taking away from you or Eric, how this affects all your lives as well. Then Eric having something similar to this. Dr. Everman can't test him though. There's no reason 🙄🙄and that's not his fault. He met with my team. So any information he's getting are from the specialists. And an inf disease dr is refusing to see me.
    BUT, It's not my fault!
Why are we not to feel like VICTIMS, when it's kinda hard being a VICTOR continuing to lose, hearing the exact same words.
Eric's been in the woods, fishing, surrounded by ticks? But, doesn't qualify for the test. It's traumatic for everyone involved, affecting families. How can we turn that around on them🤔🤔 maybe my lil paper trail will finally pay off..it may be to late for me, only God knows that answer. And He knows I'm not being pessimistic using these words.
CAN one person make a difference? Maybe that one person will start with me. Getting a movement going as passionate as people are w trump and Biden.
People don't know enough to get as passionate like all of us living it. And it is torture, for all of us.
I pray Lord, I'm screaming out to you, God, show me the way. Forgive me, Lord, continually doubting myself. When I doubt myself, I'm doubting You. When I'm in a battle, Lord, You showed us, however small or however big. You are in charge of who goes down. Whatever Goliath, even as big as pharmaceutical industry's. Whatever medical boards. We have plenty of WARRIORS waiting to fight. Knowing the facts, and stopping as many families as we possibly can from our pain. Helping us and our families, Lord. The most important part, You are the Director of this non-fiction reality show. We the people are WARRIORS, against such inhumane crimes. It's You and it's Your Law, Lord, that we're chasing. I believe I'm feeling Your confirmation. I pray You guide me, Lord, Directing me in the right path. Remove the bad thoughts in my heart and my head. In all circumstances, I pray to give it to You. Giving all of us just peace that only You can give🛐☮✝️
    In Jesus precious Name
    -Amen.

Hi Matt, I dealt with M.E throughout my late teens and early 20s. I relate to SO MUCH of what you are saying and I agree there is just so much that goes into it, you don’t know where to start in discussing it with people.
My relationship with God was what got me through it, if I had not been a Christian I don’t know what would have happened.
I’m now so much better and able to study law, which feels like a dream come true. Even though it was unbelievably difficult( that’s putting it mildly), it forced me to rely on God and put him first in my life. I really feel it was all worth it to be where I am now in my faith 🙏🏻 wishing you all the best

That’s really encouraging to hear. It sounds like you have recovered now? It seems that so many people going through these chronic illnesses have very similar experiences and that’s why I’m hoping to share things that I’m learning along the way.
Are you also subscribed to my Christian channel? It’s really great to hear about your faith in God and the change that he did in you during that challenging time!

    • @eirenex233
      @eirenex233 3 роки тому +1

Yes I am subscribed to your Christian channel, I actually found you through the alpha and omega productions UA-cam channel. I discovered them over lockdown, and absolutely love the channel.
I definitely feel as if I am back to normal in many ways, although it is hard for me to tell if I am completely recovered, (or even what normal is). There is so much overlap, and not really any distinct boundary lines between, still having M.E/ completely better. If that makes any sense. It’s been a very gradual process and all I know is that I’m a million times better than in the early stages. What aided my recovery was just a complete stripping back of my schedule. Life has been very boring and monotonous but it has given my body a chance to recover. As I have improved I have been able to add more and more things back into my life ( again, gradual) but I am still able to control my schedule and make compromises when I need to. I hope this helps.
In terms of my faith it was a real struggle in the beginning, it seemed so unfair. It felt like my life was falling apart.
But God made it clear to me that he disciplines those he loves. Everyone will have difficulties and trials, that’s life, but God tailors each trial specifically to the individual. When God showed that to me, there was a real shift In my faith and I had to learn to accept his will for my life. And now I know that so many of the lessons he needed me to learn could only have been taught throughout the difficult times. 2 Corinthians 12:9- 11 has been such an encouraging verse. It was also such a humbling experience.
My goal is to become a Christian lawyer someday and hopefully have opportunities to defend Christians and the bible.
I thought you might also like to know about a British doctor called Sarah myhill. I havnt been to see her but she is a specialist in M.E/ CFS and she has a lot of important information on her website. It worth researching her.

Wow Matt, I had no idea! You went through some of the things I have in my thinking. My illness is different, but I know all to well of feeling like your dieing inside.
Seven years ago i was very active in my life with keeping my home and helping my husband. Gardening, home canning and yard work. I was mowing for two hours like I always done once a week keeping the lawn nice. And after when I got off the mower I could hardly walk. I thought wow im just tired. After a week with no improvement I went to Dr. Ive not been one to go to Dr. much. X-rays done revealed 4 fractures. Oh my the nerve pain. Every thing stop! I was in need of help from my church but no one came to minister to me.
Then I couldnt do anything, I was in bed constantly. Asking God why? I thought I was a good person always trying to do right. This mentally hit me like a ton of bricks. The 4 walls become so closed in and no one came to pray for me or read from God's word. I was alone! My husband was gone all week working away from Sunday to Friday evening.
I was alone, but God had a purpose.
He began to teach me of Him and His love for me! It took so many years. Im a slow learner. God has so much patience with me and still does. Im still learning more and more each day. But I had no idea about you. This is first time I seen this video.

Thanks for opening up Sam 😊👍
Firstly, my faith was HUGE for me.
Other than that, when I hit the point of high anxiety I learnt a lot about the way the mind works. Did you see my video on overcoming anxiety and developing a calm mind? I shares some anxiety specific things on there which I used to eliminate anxiety and develop a calm mind.
I also mentioned a book I enjoyed in that video which was easy to read and very helpful.
Moving "toward" the anxiety and allowing those emotions rather than resisting was at the centre of my own success. But it is so counter intuitive and takes time and patience and practice.
For me also, "keeping my world small" helped. By that I mean allowing only what I want into my mind and cutting out what I don't need to know or people I don't need to see.
Decreasing electronic stimulation also was huge. I think because people are so conditioned to needing constant stimulation it messes with our mind day to day. The mind doesn't practice being calm.
At first it was so hard getting off electronics most of the day and the idle mind brought anxiety of its own, but it seemed over time to calm the mind and allow it to operate from a more stable place.
Getting outdoors in nature very helpful too. It does wonders.
And exercise is AMAZING for the brain. I couldn't do much but did what I could. Now I do longer walks and I notice how it helps me mentally.
Also avoiding foods which were inflammatory and stimulatory like sugar and caffeine. As well as eating anti inflammatory foods which calm the mind.
So really a lot of holistic changes. But check out the book I mentioned in that video. "Mindfulness a practical guide to finding peace in a frantic world" - Mark Williams and Danny Pennman.
Also having a purpose and things that you are excited about each day shifts the focus and creates excitement. When I was so focused on overcoming anxiety it just gave it more energy and made it worse.

Ive never heard a story so similiar to my own. Last year i went 8 days without sleep and needed to be with my mom who was dying...Im now on day 3 with about 2 hours a night and am having anxiety attacks at bedtime because im so afraid im not going to sleep again at night. I cant go through what i went through last year again.....I also want to add that mainstream medicine doesnt recognize chronic Lyme in the united states either, so treatment is very difficult as the lyme literate drs do not take insurance here, i must say though, your videos are giving me hope. Thank you so very much for sharing your experiences.

I hope to be able to get back to posting more videos on this channel in the near future because I know that it can be such a source of encouragement for people that feel isolated and alone with this illness.
With the sleep, one thing that I learnt is that the body is so incredibly resilient and I started to take the mindset that if I don’t sleep much at all that’s perfectly okay. Once I got into that mindset it’s amazing how psychologically I began to sleep very easily again.

yup. My story is quite similar to yours Matt! The screen sensitivity has to do with "blue light toxicity". This kind of artificial light is toxic to the brain since it slowly destroys the circadian rhythm which then impacts your hormone chain leading to what is generally called "adrenal fatigue". A lack of natural sunlight, sedentary lifestyle, bad foods, all have a huge negative impact which can quickly tank our health no matter what your starting point is.
Regarding Lyme's disease, if your body has surpressed infections these will become active once your immunity lowers. Usually lyme's disease symptoms return or worsen when experiencing a health crisis like burnout/adrenal fatigue. For me most of my struggle now has been on fighting my mental/neurological symptoms. They are often the latest to go, especially with Lyme since they penetrate the blood-brain barrier which most medicines do not. Some breaktrough I had was when using Cistus Incanus tea; this tea has shown insane anti-viral/lyme properties in-vitro studies. One of the few herbs/medicines that actually seem to work if you use it properly. You have to boil it twice and leave the lid on so the fumes liquify. On the second boil add some stevia powder. The combination of these two can almost instantly give relief from many complaints but unfortunately some symptoms keep returning. Keep strong my friend. One day I might share my story as well. Love, R

@@mattmason-healthchannel4959 I don't mean to ask a curt question but would you say you're fully recovered? I've had something relatively minor in comparison to yours and I plan to upload a video when I'm fully better and back to myself (Type A person - too stubborn to let go of it, I enjoy it too much). I've just been sick since October 2019, mild enough fatigue - well enough to make my life less enjoyable, then deteriorated over Christmas with partying essentially til I crashed big time in February and had to take the year out of college. I'm a final year medical student which is frustrating timing to put it mildly, but when I get back I'll be one of the few doctors who understands the depths of the darkness an illness like this inflicts.

Sorry I missed your last message.
No, I'm not fully recovered. There is still a way to go. But I'm thankfully at the point now where I know what to do and the body is good enough to heal well consistently 😊👍
You're exactly right about being one of the only ones he would be able to understand. I found my experience of conventional medicine frustrating to say the least. It was only integrative doctors that understood me. Unfortunately conventional medicine doesn't recognise or train people well to deal with these types of illnesses. Medication is not the answer for anyone else like this.
Without being completely sure of your individual situation, all that I can say is that pushing through doesn't work. Listening to the body giving the body what it wants and what it needs is the answer.
I did another video last week on tips to recover slowly and consistently. The keys were to know Your Limits and to reduce stress as much as possible.
Have a look at that video if you like, it's the key to recovery 🙏😊

Thanks Matt for sharing your personal story. I got ME after I contracted a very nasty flu n 2006 and just was tired constantly afterwards. My doctor called it ‘Post viral fatigue’ and said it might take awhile to get over it. Only about 6 months later, when my legs began to ache a lot and I couldn’t stand/walk much, I checked his diagnosis on google and found out what I had was chronic fatigue. Thankfully, my main symptoms have always been tiredness and achy legs mostly, but to the point that I couldn’t go for walks anymore. I had 2 pretty good years in between, doing 30m walks and even started biking again. Then 6 years ago a big crash and since ten it’s been up and down. Usually down after Christmas, no matter how carefully I planned things..... Beginning of this year I came across NADH supplement, which helped me to get out of it very quickly. Was even able to do 10 min walks with hubby during lockdown. Then we had a family gathering at one of our daughter’s new home 1 hour drive away. I felt ok and didn’t go for a rest. After that I went down a little, then I overdid it with a knitting project - I had also begun to suffer from insomnia and a bad night once a week at least . I tried all kinds of sleep hygiene things and Melatonin the doctor presicribed made it worse so I stopped that. I also had blood pressure issues in April suddenly and was put on 4 medications. And had anxiety attacks, for which I got another medication. The attacks disappeared after 2 months and I have slowly gone off 3 of the meds. But I found the anxiety medication helped me with sleep. At the moment I am still taking that because I simply cannot cope without sleep on top of the ME relapse. I intend to slowly phase it out, once the ME gets a bit better. I am also on a healthy diet and take various supplements.

It messed me up in ways I'm still figuring out.I'm very much the outdoors type,I cam hit the woods in the morning and stay until dusk walking the creek beds looking for old bottles and arrowheads. Now I'm lucky if I'm up to going once about every couple of months, desire to do things is very low, sensitive to bright screens & brain fog. It's to me like a boomerang,I'll get ok for awhile then one day I'll start having the worst migraines, chills and fatigue. Its changed my entire existence, when it first started I thought I was going to die or fall asleep and not wake up. Nobody even in the states wants to talk about where it come from or what started it,to me its kinda odvious there's no cases until sometime in the 70s. Good luck with your journey

Thanks heaps for sharing. These illnesses definitely change life and turn things upside down. It’s only been recently for me that I’ve been able to get back into nature and hiking after years not being able to do so.
I can relate to the sensitivity to screens so much, as I discussed in the video. That was probably one of the hardest things for me.
I did a new video last week sharing some of the basics that helped me to build slowly but consistently. Once I got all of this right things seemed to really click after a few months.
It definitely can come in cycles also. I think it’s important to recognise if there is anything that you do which brings these on. I know for me I’d get a bit better and then I’d overdo it and then go backwards. It definitely can come in cycles also. I think it’s important to recognise if there is anything that you do which brings these on. I know for me I’d get a bit better and then I’d overdo it and then go backwards.
If I were to sum up my recovery I would say that reducing stress and staying below the limits that my body could handle was what allowed me to slowly build up wake after week. This was hard because the temptation to overdo it was always there as I got better.

Thank you for commenting. I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing this for the past 2 years.
What exactly is your condition? have you been diagnosed with anything?
I don't get those symptoms that you've listed above. It's hard to explain how my body reacts. But for me I get sharp pains in the stomach area which for my condition is a strong warning signal that my body is stressing badly and at maximum capacity that it can handle.
For me I couldn't even look at a screen for literally 5 minutes without a reaction when I was really struggling. So I was completely restricted from looking at electronics.
I would be interested to hear what you feel brought on this for you.
As my body has begun to heal it has become much easier for me to look at screens now. So it appears that is part of the overall stress response while my body was compromised.
My original condition was triggered by the burnout.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing that. It will be interesting to see how your test results come back next week. A lot of these chronic fatigue type illnesses have a lot of similarities. And most of the time they result from burnout.
I don't have any of the symptoms that you have in terms of the vision or the pressure or neck muscles. But I can certainly relate to the type of general illness.
For me the morning is the time of the day when my body is the flattest. This is quite typical with any sort of chronic fatigue type illness. And then I seem to get energy from the afternoon and into the evening.
I don't consider myself to be fully healed yet. But I have made extraordinary progress this year after many years of struggle and being almost housebound. A couple of days ago I climbed up a big hill near my house on a steep 45 minute walk. That was an enormous Milestone for me the first time in 4 years. I've also been able to look at screens throughout the day for hours. Only 6 months ago I was struggling to look at screens for more than 10 minutes in a row.
The main thing that I've learnt about this type of illness is that you need to be good at reading the signals your body is giving you. And slowly expanding your boundaries as your body allows you to in terms of doing more activity. The body isn't functioning properly so it uses energy much quicker.
Reducing any types of stress on the body and mind is so important for healing. It took me a long time to work out what my body needed but now I know. I will actually be uploading a video this week where I talk about some of the daily practices that I have been doing which help to reduce stress and have led to a quicker healing of my body. I would anticipate that over the next 3-6 months in particular my life will look a lot more normal. It is getting better and better every day.
Everything that I talk about on this channel other things that I've learnt to put into practice which of contributed to the healing of my body. I wish you all the best and please feel free to remain in touch. I'm happy to hear from you anytime. For the Lyme disease the treatment I got in Sydney was ozone therapy and xenon gas therapy. This helped to bring the bacteria out of hiding and to kill the bacteria.
However this was just the start for me. Once the Lyme bacteria got more and more under control, I still had the chronic fatigue symptoms and it’s taken a long time, doing the right things day after day, to see the results that I’m seeing now. It felt like I was getting nowhere but I kept persisting and then things turned around suddenly.
Basically all my videos are helpful things that I learnt during this journey.
I’m going to be making more videos on chronic illness specifically. As Wellers a bunch of other general healthy habits and practices which I learnt that have contributed to my healing.
I wish you good health Dana 😊☺️🙏

Yes absolutely sleep was an enormous factor. I'm uploading a video later today where I talk about practical tips for reducing stress and these were some of the things I've put into place day today to help me heal. I would make sure that my evenings were quiet and free from phone and technology so that I would go to bed in a calm state of mind and I found it this helped my asleep tremendously.
I did go through a period where I was struggling to sleep a bit. And I know others who have also during chronic illness. Don't be discouraged if you're struggling to sleep. The body does have tremendous capacity to heal but obviously getting good sleep will speed that process up.
I'll be covering a lot of ground on this channel and a separate video on good sleep practices and the benefit of good sleep is on my list the videos to do. 😊🙏

Praise God. I too learn some of these great things about diet and quietness with God when I was so sick. I'm very glad to hear of your success in the small steps of regaining your health.
Like I stated in a different video, this really sounds like a classic parasite infestation in your body including your brain. The doctors know quite well that the 'pork tapeworm' loves to travel up to our heads and eat our brains causing all the symptoms you described and even more. YOu can learn more here on youtube about that bugger.
We can improve our health and get some bugs out for a while, but if we do not get out every last egg, they can once again gain ground against us. I liken parasites to devil spirits that torment our souls, robbing our lives right while we are living!! I've battled both and still do, as I've two cats and a dog, so the treatment must include all four of us.
Please look up one woman who was a doctor in America, but chose Truth instead. Dr. Jennifer Daniels often prescribed 'alternative' medicines for her patients with such like symptoms. I did that protocol and saved my life! It's not difficult and the results are FAST and EFFECTIVE.
Please do not ignore this 'parasite diagnosis' as it is the very most common cause of MOST all diseases. Fungus, also a parasite, can also live and grow in all parts of our body just like mold grows on bread. This too will destroy our bodies and our minds if NOT fully addressed.
Pray and ask God, He'll tell you the Truth, just as He has told many of us. It's time for the Truth of all our many diseases to be revealed and the wicked lying doctors to be shamed for their crimes against us.
Here's wishing you all the very best, please do not ignore this most important information. 'God Bless You Matt, God bless you.'

Can I ask so have u been bedbound for two years? It’s a bit unclear. Did they give u antibiotics for it, was it a bacterial infection of the gut? U give us hope (: I’m in bed for a year

    • @mattmason-healthchannel4959
      @mattmason-healthchannel4959  4 роки тому +1

Sorry for the confusion. I was bed down for 2 months. The two years following that I was pretty much housebound and that was when I was unable to do anything. I was unable to take antibiotics for it because if you don't take antibiotics in the first 6 months I'm getting the illness it doesn't work. Lyme bacteria is a stealth microbe that hides inside your cells unable to be fought off by your immune system. It wasn't specifically a gut infection but I have also had leaky gut which is the source of many health issues with chronic illness. The main treatment that I had in Sydney was ozone therapy and a gas called xenon. It is a slow journey but we must never give up.

Hi Matt. Thank you for sharing some of your story. I have chronic Lyme and mold toxicity and a HOST of other health issues, so I feel every word that you speak deeply! I was curious.. the treatment you did in Sydney that helped you - what was that exactly? Was that the blood cleansing treatments where they remove your blood and clean it and put it back in? I have heard of those treatments but they sound brutal and scare me to death. Not sure I would ever be brave enough to try anything like that!

    • @mattmason-healthchannel4959
      @mattmason-healthchannel4959  3 роки тому +2

I had ozone therapy and xenon gas therapy.
The blood cleansing was simply a matter of killing off the bacteria. Because Lyme is a stealth microbe they had to use these treatments to bring them out of the cells and into the blood and then killed them off. So this is what I mean by the blood was cleaned.
It was very expensive but also very powerful. I couldn’t believe the transformation in how I felt. The blood tests and the technology for other tests that they used confirmed that my body was much healthier and that much of the bacteria had been removed.
Unfortunately there is no quick fix, and whilst this helped my body heal quicker, I’ve had to continue to a lot of hard work around getting habits right in my life and not pushing past my limitations so that my body can heal.

@@mattmason-healthchannel4959 Thank you for sharing, Matt! I understand completely. I have been working on treating the Lyme for over 8 years now and I am unfortunately no better and getting worse. It is definitely complicated and not a quick fix at all. Truly the hardest journey I have ever been on in my whole life. Thank you for letting me know about your treatment. I think most of us with Lyme try a host of things before we see improvement. I know I have tried many doctors and herbal treatment programs over the last 8 years! Thank you for telling me about the ozone therapy. I'll have to see if that is available in the US somewhere! God bless you and I pray that you will continue to get better!

    • @mattmason-healthchannel4959
      @mattmason-healthchannel4959  3 роки тому +2

There will certainly be places in the US that do ozone therapy, although I’m sure not too many of them around the place.
If you have the finances and find a place that does this treatment, I would highly recommend it.
In Australia Lyme disease is not recognised. It’s ridiculous 😡 So my treatments cost me $40,000 for four weeks of ozone treatment!!!

personally I have suffered for almost 4 years, have only been able to leave the home a handful of times in that period, I'm in chronic pain 24/7, have tried every pain drug available with no success, the drugs have made me ill mostly, I almost lost bot legs and an arm, was given a 1% chance of survival, my heart stopped and had aggressive resuscitation, in a coma, every organ in my body shut down and I had machines keeping them going, spent 6 weeks in hospital and the drugs gave me hallucinations that were horrendous, I am left with massive scars to my legs and arm, on a bed 90% of the day as having my legs raised is the only way I get any pain relief, I don't sleep well but can fall asleep briefly at the drop of a hat, , this is a very brief part of what I actually have experienced and had to go through, Many times I wish I had died, many times I wish they would just take my legs away, I can't work, can't walk and will never run again. why? I ask myself this every day.

That sounds absolutely horrendous Steve. I’m incredibly saddened to hear this. It is also very powerful to hear that you are still here today given all that you have gone through. I can totally understand that it would seem pointless 😢
For me one of the big things that sustained me was my faith, being a Christian. To be honest I’m not sure where I would be without that sense of purpose and hope.
I just want to tell you that I really care about your situation, even though that is no practical help to you.
I know that is incredibly hard to manage stress when going through an illness like this, but for me stress reduction is the number one thing that allowed my body to start to heal from the very lows. The body has an enormous capacity to heal. I’ve also seen how the mind ties into this. It’s so hard to believe but we don’t see change, but we need to somehow elevate our mindset above our circumstances to move forward. Don’t give up hope my friend.☺️🙏👍🏼

Dude! It is the EMFs. Airports have extremely high levels of microwave radiation! Every time I go in a highly electromagnetic radiated environment, my vision get blurry. I got sick in 2005 with CFIDS and was sick and going down hill and looking under every stone until I realized I was living in close vicinity to cell phone towers and that was the root of the problem. I never even imagined that this could be the cause, but the more I looked into it, the more it made sense. Read my story: electromagneticsafeplanet.com/pauls-story/
