    I injured my leg last week and I was going crazy not being to move. Thank god I came across this video, it feels great to be doing the exercises and my leg is in 0 pain 😌♥️

    I’m glad I found your videos. I also love Pamela Reif but her abs are to hard atm. This is also pretty challenging but exactly what I need.

    I’m Russian, but this fact doesn’t have any matters, because I just want a justice! I think, I’m supposed to defend honour of my country. You, all world, which live by rules of the USA, which shout about tolerance, what right do you have to change laws and names of another country? This exercise, Russian Twist, was come up with by Soviet Union and can you change our laws? Is this tolerance? I guess that it’s not!🤷🏼‍♀️
