Fantastic recipe. I used Kitehill plain almond yogurt for dairy intolerance and sugar free syrup for zero sugar recipe. I have a picture of the muffins if you want to see. 80 cal each. 60 cal if you deduct sugar free syrup that was made with sugar alcohol.
These are so good. I cooked up a butternut squash to make these again,there great to take to work and have with my morning coffee ☕. I just made your chocolate donuts they turned out great. It's nice that you give suggestions on alternative ingredients to make it vegan. I love knowing what's in my food.

I followed your recipe but I used sugar free syrup, 6 tbsp egg substitutes, and plain almond milk yogurt as substitutes. It came out great!! My question is do you think it will work if I use baking powder instead of baking soda and instead of the yogurt?

I actually made banana bread just banana, ground oats, baking soda cinnamon, I think honey also. It turns out good. I might got it too soft . They thought I put chocolate in it. But nope. I put other in it. I put a lot of cinnamon. Might be reason why it look like I put chocolate in it. Oh well... I try any way.

I wouldn't recommend really eating 5 of them, since it's still sugar, even if in the form of honey, so i would say 2-3 of them per day is okay 😄
