    Heel elevated suitcase squats 4x8 last one go very slow
    BSS 4x10
    Elevated sumo squats half up down then full up4x10
    SS sumo jumps w lunge jumps 4x10

    So as I did say I will do this workout today and I did. I had a question about Bulgarian lunch if we do it all on one leg and then go to the other. Of course after I did the work out are you exactly what to do Howl no I did switch legs every 10 raps. ABSOLUTELLY CRAZY BEASUTIFUL AND HORRENDOUS!!! THANK YOU

    Looks great, will do tomorrow! I have a question how long are breaks between each set except the last one I know you mentioned 2min. And Bulgarian lunge raps 4 rounds on one leg and then you go to the other leg or do you alternate. I am assuming not alternating. Thank you

    Thank you for posting your workout for today they’re really super cool and easy to do. It really helped me. After yesterday three block power walk , and that was going and coming back. lol Later after that walk I was feeling good but some how it kicked in and I was walking like the night of the living dead 💀 😆 but since I watched your video and did do this workout I feel much lol I’m revive and aliva once again thank you for your cool workout routine 💪🏾🔥

    I did another of your leg workouts. I want some variation which it gave me, but also because I’m a hard leg gainer, mainly because my mind is always on the DOMS, not the moment. But you prove that you get out what you put in. Thanks for explaining and motivating 🦵🏽🦿🙏🏼
