I did another of your leg workouts. I want some variation which it gave me, but also because I’m a hard leg gainer, mainly because my mind is always on the DOMS, not the moment. But you prove that you get out what you put in. Thanks for explaining and motivating 🦵🏽🦿🙏🏼
