Also does the fibre layer in millet grain gets damaged if grinded to flour as compared to grain leading to less effectiveness?plz clear my doubt.
Ambali made with whole dehulled grain is ideal. It takes a little longer to cook it but acquires a very unique silky texture if cooked the right way - on a low flame by adding just adequate water at regular intervals until the grain is fully cooked (deep into the core of the grain). Fiber layer in flour dosen't get damaged nor its effectiveness reduces.

I am new to millets so while eating ambali my grandmother gets loose motion. So why and how to stop loose motion and why it is happening loose motion as it take time to adjust our body and we can continue eating millets or we should stop it....pls reply
For few people it takes time to adjust to new food.... It took almost 3months for us too to get adjusted to millets..... At that time we din't even knew about Ambali.... Try ambali flour recipe and see whether loose motions stop or not.

Can we cook once a day and then consume at 3 different times from the same fermented ambali or do we need to cook in 3 different vessels for each time for consuming(i.e.lunch,dinner,breakfast seperately)???
Well it all depends on the temperature levels prevailing at your place.... The one prepared at night can be consumed for breakfast n lunch (if it doesn't turn sour). The one prepared in the morning can be had for dinner.

1. Cook in 1pot... Divide into 2equal halves n ferment in 2diff pots for breakfast n lunch.... Cook separately for dinner.... Follow the traditional method told by Dr.Khadar sir below for fermenting ambali for lunch.
Sir gave us a very interesting traditional method of preserving Ambali.
- Place a large bowl/basket made clay/bamboo.
- Fill it with sand and wet it well.
- In that bowl place a clay pot n fill it with water. Level of water to be filled depends on the size of the ambali pot.
- Pour the fermented ambali in a clay pot cover it well with a clean cotton cloth and place it in the pot containing water.
The water level should be up to the neck of the ambali pot.
Fermenting porridge is similar to setting/preparing curd. Just as how curd goes bad and gives out foul smell if left for long, ambali too goes bad if left at room temperature beyond 12 hours.
We store curd in refrigerator. But if Ambali is stored in refrigerator the microbes meant to enrich our gut microbiome perish due to thermal shock. Hence we need to create a cool ambience environment naturally which is closer to our body temperature.
Even this way you cannot preserve beyond 18 hours.
