    I have a bad shoulder injury that I went to urgent care for. The pain was unbearable and the doctor gave me meds and a PT referral. Problem was that the meds weren’t working and PT will take a few days for me to get in. I found your shoulder workout and it was exactly what I needed to get mobility into my shoulder and work through the pain so the shoulder wouldn’t stiffen. Thank for for this great work out!

    I’ve been so tired of the same old arm exercises on the reformer. I really enjoyed trying new things. Great class!

    Punch twists were great, I enjoyed those with palms facing upwards and downwards.

    Is this a good workout for the back as well? I have a weak back.

      Hi Ana, yes! Especially the first series facing away from the footbar. Your back muscles have to really work to keep you upright against the spring tension.
