For you UK people, I would TOTALLY be like "ah, give me some Graham crackers!" They are sweet and delicious. I've literally just eaten them for breakfast many times. They also come in chocolate and cinnamon sugar which are both very delicious. Many of us Americans have fond memories of cinnamon sugar graham crackers and milk. Or just the original. Or chocolate. Amazing! They're so delicious that a company made them into proper biscuits 35 years ago: Teddy Graham. John is crazy.

Kids love graham crackers. When they are under the weather, break large pieces into a bowl, pour on a bit of warm milk and a sprinkle of sugar. For a nice treat, spread with softened butter and serve with a cold glass of milk. You are now becoming so comfortable in front of the camera. You are a natural. Thanks for posting.

I made this today for a friend’s bday, which happens to be National S’mores Day. It was amazing! Will definitely say that it is sugar overload: had extra toppings so made an extra layer for my husband and I and even one tier was a lot, so 3 tiers must be a killer. I’m glad I used dark chocolate in the frosting and melted. The graham crackers time should be checked at 5 minutes. At 10 mine were slightly caught.

11:16 After whipping it like he said, you can also add a TINY (and I mean tiny, since gel food coloring goes a long way) bit of purple gel food coloring. Yellow and purple are complementary colors, so using a small bit of purple cancels out some of the yellow. Still won't be perfect white, but a bit closer. Don't be tempted to use a lot of purple to cancel out all of the yellow, because then your yellow buttercream you wanted to turn white just becomes a shade of purple (which honestly is fine for the most part as long as you like purple, but if you specifically care that it is white for the cake or whatever, then it does matter) This works with royal icing, too, if you're using meringue powder and it discolors the icing (I prefer meringue powder based royal icings for the consistency, opacity, and how it dries, but they always get a slightly yellow tinge to them). Just, again, be sure to err on the side of slightly yellow over accidentally making it purple :) Edit: It seems someone has already commented this, so just take this as a testament that their suggestion works :)

A wonderful tip I found recently for butter spattered microwaves is: cut a lemon in half into a small bowl of water and microwave on high for 3-5 minutes and leave standing for a few more minutes. It will moisten the walls and top of your microwave and then wipe it clean. It works a treat :)

I already have a food processor however, l do know that Breville puts a “Molded Sticker” with the Model and/ or Serial Numbers on everything they make. Sometimes there’s even a “Batch #” that refers to the date it was manufactured.

If you put a teeny drop of purple food coloring, it’ll color correct the yellow and make the buttercream more white!
