HOW TO MAKE THE BEST MEXICAN HOT DOGS

- Hello my beautiful fam welcome back to my kitchen, today I’m so excited to share with you how to super easy and delicious Mexican hotdogs, I hope you enjoy it as much as me and my family do ☺️ Like every recipe and every household there are tons of variations that make this delicious recipe, this is the way I was taught. Ingredients: 8 hotdogs
8 all beef hotdog franks (or your preference)
8 bacon slices
8 bolillo bread
3 cups pinto beans
1 handful of cilantro
2 Roma tomatoes
1/2 white onion
1 lime
2 jalapeños peppers
mexican shredded cheese
15 oz of cheese sauce
Crema mexicana
Mayo
Butter
Mustard
1 tsp garlic salt
1tsp black pepper
1 serving of love 💕

Holy moly, regular hot dogs are just okay in my book, but I think you’ve just amped them up! These look ahhhmazing! Be fun to invite family over for “hot dogs” and be serving these! I’ve had those before they are really good, I worked in Arizona for awhile, traveling construction job they sold them all over there, being from California never heard of them but anyway you are my favorite pretty lady cook.

barry a regular dog with fresh tonato onion and dill redish is bery good, just play with diferent items on your burgeranand hot dog and ask youre custumers and you are on big
The carts in TJ and Los Angeles both used mayonnaise to coat the dogs before you wrap it with the baconand cook it like normal. Weird I know!!! No beans either! Most of the carts had a red sauce like ketchup but spicey and no vinegar in the red sauce. No Pico either but if they want it then i guess i would serve it on request. Those seemed to be the best with the locals and tourist. Hope that might help

Great technique with wrapping the bacon onto the frank. Going to try it next time I make perros caliente.

I think it's because she eats quality, not quantity! When you eat really good food with a lot of flavor and spice, you don't feel like eating just a lot of random junk. Plus, chasing her babies around probably keeps her pretty active too! 😂
