The badlands is a must see. I had an idea what it looked like after seeing some pictures online, but no pictures or video can capture it's essence. And thanks, I really lucked out with my decision to hit those trails.
I do envy your freedom to ride in vast unpopulated areas in the USA. I do enjoy the solitude of solo adventures but here in the UK there are restrictions to freedom everywhere. Ride safe, Mike.
I know what you mean Mike. There are initiatives every year taking away more and more opportunities to enjoy these beautiful landscapes. Enjoy what you can when you can, before you can't. Cheers
Still watching, HELL YEAH !!!
Right on
What a experience on the back of a bike. I was Blessed to experience the badlands back in 2013
It was epic. One for the books. Thanks for riding along.
What a beautiful part of the world. Thank you for sharing.
Glad to share. Thanks for riding along.
Is this on earth? The landscape is out of this world!
My thoughts exactly.
That Badlands National Park looks incredible!! You made some good choices in the roads you took!!!

great footage - well done!!!!
Thanks Matt
wow, that was so cool....at any point did you wish you had your 890? lol your running the trailmax missions on the GS, right?
This trip was pretty tame off-road wise. If I was going out there to spend two weeks exploring, definitely the 890. Right on the missions.
What happened to your KTM
The KTM shares my time with the gs now. I chose comfort over performance for this trip. The 700+ miles a day just suits the beemer.
