This is such a help to me. I tend to overwork myself because taking it slow and easy doesn't always feel like i'm actually doing something. I picked up running a month or two ago and it's really helped with a lot. I'm really trying to change the way i think. To celebrate the small things. Thank you for posting things like these. I might not have that big of a change in my weight from working out, but every time I do, I feel confident in my body and myself!! I feel SO much happier after working out, it really does help. So even if you do anything as small as yoga, or a 5 min cardio, abs, glutes, it really does help with confidence! Especially for me! So keep working hard guys!! :)

Remember losing too much weight too quickly can give you an ozempic looking face (sagging face) try 8-10kg and remember don't starve yourself because you will gain it later on. Hello I am someone who have lost a significant amount of weight I wanna say that rushing will traumatize your body. So go slow . I changed little by little Like slowlyy drinking more water. The slower you go,the faster the result.
thats alot..20kgs is about 40 lbs, correct? For a 14 year old? Try to set a smaller goal, as said in the video. Try going for 10kg first, and then go for the other 10kg. I lost 10kgs in about 2 months, and im planning to lose 10kg more. Try to not be too harsh on yourself, okay? And I hope you achieve your goal ! (tips: Dont starve yourself, try eating 2-3 meals a day, and eat healthy and balanced !)
Well as this vedio was on the topic of weight loss,,,i was 63kg in 2024 month january, and when i got to know that im this much of fatty! I felt very bad and the result is today 2024 month octobar my weight is 52kg just bcz of my hard work....your vedio was incredible, valuable, precious whatever you say as bcz you shared a lot of important things which i got to know before but not in this way so therefore thanks a lot! ❤❤❤
