    This is such a help to me. I tend to overwork myself because taking it slow and easy doesn't always feel like i'm actually doing something. I picked up running a month or two ago and it's really helped with a lot. I'm really trying to change the way i think. To celebrate the small things. Thank you for posting things like these. It's like a breath of fresh air🫶🏻

    I might not have that big of a change in my weight from working out, but every time I do, I feel confident in my body and myself!! I feel SO much happier after working out, it really does help. So even if you do anything as small as yoga, or a 5 min cardio, abs, glutes, it really does help with confidence! Especially for me! So keep working hard guys!! :)

      That's too much to lose in just two months. Remember losing too much weight too quickly can give you an ozempic looking face (sagging face) try 8-10kg and remember don't starve yourself because you will gain it later on. Manage your blood sugar because that's the original cause of hunger and weight gain. Bye hope that help and am also 14 and I understand where you are coming from.

      I wanna say that rushing will traumatize your body. So go slow .
      I changed little by little
      Like slowlyy drinking more water.
      The slower you go,the faster the result.

      thats alot..20kgs is about 40 lbs, correct? For a 14 year old? Try to set a smaller goal, as said in the video. Try going for 10kg first, and then go for the other 10kg. I lost 10kgs in about 2 months, and im planning to lose 10kg more. Try to not be too harsh on yourself, okay? And I hope you achieve your goal !
      (tips: Dont starve yourself, try eating 2-3 meals a day, and eat healthy and balanced !)

    Well as this vedio was on the topic of weight loss,,,i was 63kg in 2024 month january, and when i got to know that im this much of fatty! I felt very bad and the result is today 2024 month octobar my weight is 52kg just bcz of my hard work....your vedio was incredible, valuable, precious whatever you say as bcz you shared a lot of important things which i got to know before but not in this way so therefore thanks a lot! ❤❤❤

    I'm 15 and I've been pretty overweight for a few years. I do sports and stuff but it hasn't helped because I eat way too much 😭 I'm finally doing something about it though, eating healthier and less and I'm doing a ton of workouts

      I'm 13 and I'm so concerned you guys are worrying about those weights!!! I'm 47kg, but I am still quite thin and healthy. When I was 11, I was 53kg!!! But again, it's your body and if you wish to lose weight, I hope the best ❤

      I totally get how frustrating that can be! Everyone’s body stores fat a bit differently, and sometimes the inner thighs and lower belly are tricky areas. Adding this routine is a great step, but remember, consistency is key! Try focusing on both targeted exercises and full-body workouts to tone those areas. Also, make sure you're nourishing your body with balanced meals-it’s all about progress, not perfection!

    I have a proper diet but I litarlly binge eat EVERY NIGHT.
    I feel so annoyed with myself cuz I was healthy the entire day,I was productive and also really active.
    Im just sad that I always binge !

    hello so i have been trying to talk about this but i cant find anyone to help me so i barely sleep at night and i eat alot for energy and for that i mean snacks so i really really need help ? should i add more stuff to my breakfast becaus i get really hungry after the first hour and i eat my lunchbox and then get food from the quick snack market but i get alot :( if anyone has tips please tell me!!

    I just weighed myself and I’m at 125.0. I work out every other day but I don’t have the best diet anyways I’m also 14 and I’m about 5’4. Everyone is under 100 and I just feel so big all the time

      1. Don't compare yourself to others, love your body.
      Drink lots of water
      Don't deprive yourself eat healthily
      Sleep 8-9 hours
      Manage stress
      Incorporate in activities that helps. And trust her, and most especially do it for your well being.

    What if a person doesn't eat vegetables and fruit cannot be provided. And just eat the simple food that we ewt in our daily life and you also don't eat anything from outside only the cooked food which is not meat,vegetables, fruits only rice pourages
