Pls advise in case normal delivery when we start to use this belly wrap( the same day when delivered the baby? ) and for how many days we should continue?
I'm 2month and 15 days of postpartum... Will this help?

I started using it immediately (1-2hrs) after delivery until I felt comfortable without it. Maybe around 1-2 months. Give it a try and see if you feel more supported :)

Hello - I have one that looks very similar to this which I bought when I used to throw out my back. I was considering buying a belly bandit but since this looks exactly like my belt for my back, can I just use that?

If it's something you feel comfortable wearing and it feels like it provides the support you need, then I think you can probably go ahead and use the same one!

During PP time would you be able to pair this with core workouts?

If you feel you need the extra support then yes, but ideally we want to wean off the support/wrap as quickly as possible.

Can I start using after two months of delivery?

If you feel you need the support, then you should be able to while you work on strengthening your core muscles :)

    Hi! I am 5weeks post partum,after a, c section
Would you say it still makes sense to wear one? Is it too "late"? I feel like my belly is very "hanging" will this help? If I don't wear one, will it hinder my core recovery?

    • @bellystrong

It's definitely not too late to start wearing one to help with stability. I wouldn't wear it all the time, but if you're doing anything where you feel you need a bit of extra support. Really, time and exercise will help shape the belly over time. Wearing a belly wrap won't have a massive effect on this. It's not unusual for it to take several months for your belly to return to a pre-pregnancy level, so give yourself time to heal!

This is really useful advice, thank you! I wasn't sure if I would use mine immediately after delivery or not but it sounds like it'll feel good to pop it on - I'm glad it is in my hospital bag!
And congrats on nearly 1000 subs! 💪
