Not at all, someone average but with a balance between strength and speed, especially if they are strong, can even be more effective than someone tall and big, that's mike tyson's case; cardio, power and technique are the keys to fighting, if you are tall and strong you are going to lose speed and possibly you will sacrifice more technique to adapt, that is why the perfect height is 1'85 meters tall but balanced.

In reality he broke 3 guys ' hands, the 4th one,the smartest of the group, knew where the hospital was!😬
Man i love this show. Alan Ritcson is perfect as Reacher.
those 4 little boys look like they couldn't pick a successful fight with a squirrel, let alone Reacher.
Give it up to Alan man. Kills it as Thad. Dominates it as Reacher. His range is absolutely insane.
The day I see Reacher eat a butt oreo, my life will be complete.
This is how I pictured Jack Reacher from reading the novels.
"A silencer makes even close-range work inaccurate." As a gun guy that line was painful to hear.
and then proceeds to say the guy is a good marksman...because that is what we call someone when their inacurate gun hits? its questionable on many levels
@@Paddythelaadit’s not that deep
Reacher and Roscoe had fantastic chemistry. Season 2 STUNK.
The 4th dude didn’t seem that arrogant
Arrogance has a way of disappearing when you see a guy break the hands of three friends in 4 seconds. 😁
Kinda hard to be arrogant when you've peed yourself.
@761jared Not always true.Once I peed myself, fell down 2 flights of stairs, landed on my feet and was really arrogant about it
@@williamgullett5911 Dude, that must've been EPIC!
@@Lulph the trick to any serious mistake is acting you meant it happen lol
I,I,I,I, know where the hospital is! 😂😂😂😂😂😂
0:43 - everyone in the comments here talking about the fight and all I can think about is Reacher stepping onto the evidence with his own footprints... 😂
Just binged 2 seasons in 2 days. Great story and scenes. Not one episode got me bored
Spoiler: That looked to me like two scenes from two different Jack Reacher books. Not that I'm complaining, mind you.
When she asks herself what just came to town, everyone is wondering the same thing.😂😂😂
lol, this scene is in multiple Reacher books. They all meld together now.
Never Go Back with the rogue military guys. Night School in Germany when they are looking for information. One Shot from local bar.
Multiple? It's in All of them.🤣
Not the Andrew Child ones. Those books have gone downhill.
Is season 2 based on any particular Reacher novel?
@@markherring3513 Yeap, Bad Luck and Trouble.
The comedic undertone of these characters that greatly overestimate their abilities. This series makes you laugh at every showdown.
Especially when he gives them 3 seconds and acts on 2.
This is Jack Reacharound.
the moment he turned around 😭😭🙏🏽🙏🏽
Alan
The bit you came to see starts at 2:48.
Bro is playing Batman and we need that
idk about you but if someone is that chill while looking at a 4v1.. theres probably a good reason. im running as fast as i can from that dude lmao
He gave them the ol' Reacher Round.
I still don't get how these guys decided trying to jump a guy bigger than all of them put together was a good idea
it's stupid, you're right
but... it's a movie
By her saying it's personal she meant pre-meditated, more than just a regular murder. Also for a hit man it's not personal.
Also funny how shit is censored but watching people get beat up is ok
"Moon would have been 26 degrees further west".
What is this writing lmao
4:03 - "Oh, Graham, you idiot."
Bigger understatements have never been spoken.
One thing I do not understand at all is that everyone seems to want to fight with Jack. The guy is a mountain of a man. Who in their right mind thinks "Yeah! Let's bully him and show him who is boss."
It’s Action Movie Logic like how in these shows and movies they realise that one dude is wiping the floor with them and they don’t bounce?

The fact Alan Ritchson hasn't been cast as Batman is crime at this point. Dude is spot on.
A similar scene with Tom Cruise looked more realistic...I can believe that 5 guys of average build could be bribed to attack a guy of the same average build.
But for the life of me, I won’t believe that 4 wimps would decide to attack a huge troll like Alan Richardson...
That is a small town and the biggest of the 4 appears to be a known troublemaker by the response of Roscoe. They were all drinking and had been working up the courage long before Reacher got there. They were 10ft tall and bulletproof in their heads and they had gotten paid.
It's called liquid courage.
@@abel6772Weight classes exist in fighting for a reason. Take any two fighters of equal training and skill but one smaller and one bigger and bigger wins all day every day. Mighty Mouse would get killed by Jon Jones. Manny Paquiao would get killed by Lennox Lewis etc etc. People who dispute this typically do so to fit a narrative relating directly to their own size.
@@BucketOfSuck Of course they exist because there are unequal conditions, some have more natural strength and others are three times as fast, which in turn generates potential energy with ergodynamics, while the heavy one will have more resistance to blows, each one has its advantages and disadvantages; The light one has to be fast and effective and the other has to take advantage of his strength to win or deliver a good blow.
I could watch this man beat down a set of tractor tires and I would be glued to my seat.
"Have any of you guys seen my new dog?"
This is somewhat similar to the, "Remember, you wanted this," scene with Cruise. Great scene nonetheless.
He"s like David Puddy!! LOL

I’m not the one going to hell.
Dude headbutted that guys punch
Reacher is a little too buff to be a drifter. It’s a little hokey. He can be big, but should have some fat from the stuff he eats. He should also be a bit worn from being in the elements a lot.
Yeah, and there's other stuff too...the punks are too eager, not put off at all by Reaher's formidable presence, etc.
Try reading the books, or have someone who can read do it for you.
@@garywagner2466 That's OK, I can read.
“He had a silencer which makes even close range work inaccurate”
>makes the barrel longer therefore the round is more accurate over a longer distance. The top silencers funnel the gas behind the round as well.
You'd think someone like Reacher would know to call it a suppressor not a silencer.
And suppressors don’t make it less accurate..
Silencer is a brand name, so it's still sort of accurate. Reminds me of those "hoverboards" - you know, those things people ride on that have wheels and catch fire?
It might confuse the viewers 😊
@@brianbickle7395 It is all about details, yet the show cant get simple details right that random people can find on internet in less than 14 seconds. It is confusing me why he says silencer, when it does not make the weapon somehow quiet.
@@jackcravford8744 although you're technically right, people is more familiarized with the term "silencer". Let's not forget the dialog is actually written to the average audience, not for a weapons specialist.
When a big guy Slowly turns his head with a death gaze.....you f++king run!
“I know where the hospital is.”
Smartest thing he’s ever said.

What I love about this show, is the number of times people think it's a good idea to pick a fight with a 6 foot 3, 230 pound behemoth.
