Thank you PJ,Your a great instructor. i am older and just did 2 class in TRX. I am very afraid of causing injury to my knees, Is there some modified version to build some strength to my knees. I would like to see a video on that if you please. Thank you.

Anyway I liked the hybrid trx with Pilates yet each is excellent in its own. It's a good commercial work because Pilates is condrología movement but makes me smile that would bring Pilates to work.
