I reported a criminal activity at 1:30 in the morning. With me being a taxi driver I see that sort of stuff all the time. Anyway, on this occasion, I phoned the police because it was serious. It wasn't just a drunken argument. And when the police did arrive a couple of minutes later because it was a factory brake in . They weren't bothered about the factory. They were more bothered about the fact that I had a black light out and I was a taxi driver. I screamed to the policeman there and then that if I see somebody raped or murdered in the street ,
I will not be phoning you people. I will just turn a blind eye. If it wasn't for the other copper, I would have got a fine for having. No backlight, but she was the one who talked sense into him. Which was quite unusual in front of me.
I am now wondering years later, if she was superior to him. and he was only on training 🤔 🇬🇧 .

You can be trespassed legally based on violating policy that stands up to constitutional scrutiny for the type of public forum in question. Why do you believe you can't? Can you cite any supporting legal cases?
Sean's own preliminary injunction win against NYPD, Reyes vs City of New York, covers the first amendment arguments on pages 10-21.
@@nic.h 14th amendment is a beautiful thing. If it is a location that falls under some form of public forum, they must follow public forum. The only act you can be trespassed for that isnt breaking the law would be like the person smells to high heaven. Every other legal reason to trespass from a public forum would be a code that runs congruent with the law.

The fact that every police officer is not instructed to use considerable caution in taking ANY ACTION AGAINST A CITIZEN is DEPLORABLE. They should be HIGHLY SKEPTICAL of any call, especially from a government agency, that doesn’t factually report behaviors that constitute A CRIME.

Just a little while ago they tried to extort a business and got caught on camera trying to tell the business how to conduct their activities and basically give one of their buddies a free tow job to a mechanic shop
This individual is in a desperate situation, I commend them for keeping composure after struggling to be heard.
This would be a great opportunity to do a Freedom of Information Act request for the security camera footage to see what actually happened.

Keller is no boy scout. He acted like he was doing the guy a big favor after lecturing him. If this cop has kids I feel sorry for them.
I remember when a cop would buy someone a meal if presented with a starving person. Then they wonder why a person shoplifts a can of corned-beef hash or whatever, who they treat as though a capitol crime has taken place. The whole system is rotten to its core.
