Solid video. A plate over a glassware bowl works really well for steaming most non-starchy veggies, including from from frozen. It's just the cooking time that changes.

Something wrong with this video @0:56 it's like the video paused by the audio keeps playing....because when we scroll over our mouse pointer over the video playing length, it shows you pouring water but the video does not show it...it cuts right to the plate being placed on top of the bowl.
