It only occured after 20 years of cooking eggs that I could decide to be as lazy as possible and just do it in the microwave lol
Made it almost 50 years without doing it but today…. Guilty lol
🤣😂🤣😂
I got to know that an egg can be cooked in a microwave at 28 years of age, I guess we all have our share of guilt to carry 😅
Some location we work there cooking is not allowed
I also did it - but I don't think I learnes the first time. I will try lower power settings with my Panasonic inverter grill microwave! Don't try again with non-inverter microwave!
Fixing a microwave omelette was the first thing I taught my daughter to cook. She was so proud of herself. 😀
awwww amazing mama
Im glad your teaching her
My first time microwaving a egg i got scared and took it out early (i managed to get it right after the 4th time) lol

Our oven went kaboom last year and I was forced to become a Microwave Master Chef until our new oven was delivered (about a month it took). The microwave transitioned from our coffee reheating device into a full-service oven.
It is possible to cook & bake anything in a microwave! It’s sad that most of us have / had no idea of how good microwave cooking is!
Once you get the hang of it, there’s a good chance you will use it almost exclusively! We do. Unless it’s a meal we make with a slow-cooker.
Just makes me wonder if microwaving food is healthy to eat, also always use glass not plastic
@@tional5266 I did end up doing a LOT of research on the topic of microwaving food. The scientific evidence is perfectly clear: It is absolutely 1000% safe. It’s nothing more than radio waves exciting water molecules to create internal heating. Regular ovens and stoves do the same thing except they use convective heat to accomplish the same thing. Further, food that is in a sealed container (like canned food) can actually get exposed to high doses of radiation, and be perfectly fine immediately after radiation exposure. Microwaves don’t even come close to radioactive waves in terms of danger levels. So bottom line, microwaves are perfectly safe. :)

This is great for the barracks. I don't have a place to cook and most of the time I don't get to make it for chow in the morning. All I have in my room is a microwave.

For anyone wondering, the best easy peel egg method for boiled is to use a pin and poke a hole right on the fat round end of the egg, then boil, the ice bath is icing on the cake for peeling but the pin always works for me
😊thank you.
This is the first time I have done a boiled egg before! Thank you!
I’ve been getting into cooking, and as I wake up before my mum (I get my breakfast as soon as I wake up) now I can make a hot meal for meh breakfast :D
Did it work or were there eggs everywhere?

My scrambled egg in microwave recipe: Spray Pam into mug. stir 2 eggs with dashes of salt, pepper and garlic salt and milk. Add few bits of red and green pepper chunks and small pinch of shredded cheese. 1:16 in the microwave, stir then the same time again. I never covered it tho and it never went kaboom 🤷🏻♂️ Quite a staple in my life 😋
I love sunny side up eggs so the fact I just made my first one in the microwave in came out perfect thank you so much
Thank you, now I can eat well today
Never knew any of this!! I like eggs but don't like doing them so never have them unless I eat out!
Never knew they were so easy and doable in a microwave!!
Looks like I'm buying eggs today for the first time in many years!! Thank you

Thank you! I recently had some really good ramen at Brothers' Ramen and I wanted to recreate it wih instant ramen. And you can't have real ramen without an egg!
Instructions not understood, fire alarm went off.
This was very helpful
I love that that scrambled one doesn’t use butter or oil ❤️
Yes, it does 6:16
@@grafix8789 that’s for omelette not for scrambled.
Thanks for sharing 👍😊
WHOA! VERY VERY AWESOME!
Scrambled eggs NEVER blow in the microwave oven. There's no need to cover them unless you're trying to make them extra moist. They WILL expand greatly, and then collapse. Cook for 2 minutes on high, uncovered (900- to 1100-watt oven). You can turn them 3/4 of the way through the time (1: 30) to help them finish, but it shouldn't be necessary since they'll finish on their own if you let them sit in the cup or bowl for 1 minute or less.
If you do this, with 1-3 large eggs, in a 2-cup, glass, measuring cup (No butter needed, since there will be little sticking, and it never helps, anyway.), you can make it a sandwich by placing (and squeezing) it/them between two, typical, square slices of toast . (No mess.)
I love the sign!
❤️🤣😊
You’re the bomb. Thanks!
Love cooking and learning videos
Thank you!!!!!, typing this from a hostel that only have a microwave in it's "kitchen"

Tq. The scrambled egg worked well.
I'm Always busy
So I don't have time to make boiled eggs
But This Video Really Helped So Yep
Im deff going to be making poached eggs
Lol love the sign!
It works did some boiled eggs today and no boom!
Just made my family a delicious breakfast rn
I like poached eggs on toast 😊
Don't poach eggs in a glass of water. I just did it and the yolk exploded and toppled my glass over creating a wet mess. A mini pop and a splash happened using a bowl too but not as bad as the glass. Just cover the bowl
nice video, friend
Love this video ❤
Loved this…really helpful and a couple of giggles along the way 😊
very informative
thanks. friend
I mix a little milk to my scrambled eggs and they are way fluffier. Slap it on a grilled cheese on buttered toast with some fried ham , bologna or bacon. 🤤
Milk adds density, try water
that seems so good
I like my scrambled eggs set and find adding milk (never tried water) makes them runnier.
This is my go to comfort food now, especially having had to become gluten-free - it used to be weetabix.
Thank you I made scrambled eggs then put them on bread with mayonnaise, sadly we didn't have ketchup but it was delicious!
I recommend you trying this but with two pieces of bread like a sandwich
I do that aswell but if we don’t have any ketchup, then I use BBQ sauce
You put what in bread?
I do this too!! With mayonnaise and a slice of pepper Jack cheese
