I have done this video probably 100 times. I have done it in hotel rooms all over the world, hospital room floors, airports, at home, in the park, using it to lead my 6th grade students in introducing them to yoga, basically everywhere. All I need is WiFi and I can do it and I don’t always have a mat. Thank you for making yoga assessable to me every I am. My life wouldn’t be the same without your videos and positivity! I have had so many back problems/tight muscles and having your videos has changed my life. Thank you , thank you, thank you!
I bet kids might actually like it because they’d have such an endorphin rush after and feel awake. That’s such a great idea honestly. That’s kinda how my mom got me into yoga when I was seven, as well. She tossed me a yoga book from 1972, Yoga And Nutrition by Kareen Zebroff and said “This is something I used to do before the wheelchair. It’s pretty fun. Wanna try?” And I’ve been hooked ever since. (Ps she’s in a wheelchair because of a neurological disease but she still uses a lot of yoga poses to alleviate pain and spasticity. Just goes to show how effective it can be.)

There was a time when I would avoid the more energetic practices and yearn for gentle yoga. I guess my fitness level is improving! I even managed side plank! Just seen a beautiful video of a 100 year old dancer, performing the dance from Swan Lake - great encouragement for this 67 year old!! Thank you Adriene xx Namaste 💟💟
On the MOVE from Bridge and Breath! How is everyone? Plenty of heat in fewer than twenty minutes. I enjoyed this one and hope you do too. I found coming into the half split from the overhead stretch much more doable. I tend to struggle with the lunge when we go into in from a lower position. MOVE day 2. Day 149 in a row with Adriene!

The most important part is you got back up 😊 I feel like we can attribute that to our lives too. Sometimes we fall through out the journey but we it’s important we get back up and keep moving forward 💗💗
I do a supported side plank, top leg forward, knee bent, foot flat on ground like a bicycle stand. I could do full on side plank but the pressure on that hand/wrist is just a bit much for me.
I'm here from Breath too! Had never done yoga before January 1st, now I cannot imagine a day without it! So glad there are others here sharing the journey too, all together. Love and good vibes to you both XXX

I am beginning the March 2021 "Move" calendar and once again this practice, on this day, is *exactly* what I needed. Today was my first class after sustaining a knee injury nearly three weeks ago, and it felt so good to get on my mat and just MOVE! I've got a ways to go yet in my yoga journey but I know I'll get there. Thank you, Adriene, and all who practice with these videos. Namaste.
Love how these monthly playlists work perfectly with the seasons...January and February practices were slower and more introspective and nourishing for the cold, dark winter months. Now MOVE for the coming of Spring! Bring on the heat and energy and growth!!

This is just what the doctor ordered! My sweet baby woke me up at 4am so did not get a great night's sleep. This energy movement medicine from MOVE lifted my energy and my spirit!
I found it hard to even come to my mat in March and missed a lot of days. Today is a new day and I have set an intention to make more time for myself this month. Day one complete and it was what I needed in these mad times. xxx
I fully agree. I tried multiple times to come to my mat and I wasn't able to. It makes me happy to know I wasn't the only one. I hope everyone is doing well. It was hard for me when I had to stop going to yoga classes because although it was an hour dedicated to me, it was the energy from those around me that helped me channel the energy within me. I will begin to do yoga at home now knowing that I am not alone.

I started this journey in January with Breath and I have not missed one day - even when I had covid. I am now to the point that yoga is simply part of my daily routine, like making my bed or brushing my teeth- Namaste 🙏
I started with Breath as well. With not much forethought I decided to commit to the month. When it was over I just kept going. I now can’t imagine a day without my yoga break. I follow the calendars and even though I feel a little silly doing a practice say for surfers, I always find they hit the mark in some way. This STILL calendar has been lovely. So mindful, reflective and gentle. Also love reading the comments. Namaste.
What a beautiful practice! Saving this one to come back to. I've been doing your yoga videos (almost) daily for 3 months now and you have changed my life! I am in peace with myself, my body, and where I am today. But also I look forward to the future and where it takes me. I had a job interview last week and I kept repeating the mantra from Revolution "everything is as it should be" and I felt a little nervous at first, but then I had a sense of calm come over me. It was amazing. This is coming from a girl with anxiety that stopped her from leaving the house two years ago. Yoga is so magical and I'm so grateful you do these videos. I wasn't feeling motivated today at all...BUT seeing my previous comment Here again for March Day 03:03:23✅🌪️🌑So freezing cold, dull and grey 2day here in UK 🇬🇧, wasn't feeling up to it, but I pushed myself to come on this morning to move with energetic medicine, even had some falls with the planks, didn't even finish but I came back this evening and really had another go at my pace, seriously!😄😌 this is a fulfilling session perfect for a start and finish day to the wkend. Coming back to this practice for Day 1 of Energize. This felt like the perfect start to June 2022. I’ve lost touch with my yoga practice throughout the last month due to personal and national traumatic events. I’m ready to jump back in and heal through yoga. Sending lots of love out to everyone.

Adriene I'm sure you've heard this so much but you have truly changed my life. I'm 34, will be 35 in about 3 weeks and I have never been a healthy person. I was always that girl that could eat anything and still look ripped like I killed it in the gym, although I've never set foot in a gym. About 3-4 months ago I was diagnosed with Shingles. It shocked me bc I've only heard of elderly people getting that for the most part (I know that it can affect anyone). Immediately after I got bronchitis and then got sinusitis (sp?). I knew I was unhealthy with a weak immune system and needed a change. I'm married with 2 boys, ages 12 and 10. I want to be around for my family. For as long as I can remember I've only drank Dr. Pepper (like it was herion to me) and sweet tea...good ole southern girl here! I NEVER drank water. In the past almost 2 months I've completely cut out all soda and drink nothing but water as well as a major diet change. No junk food, no late nite eating...I'm not perfect and sometimes I do eat some ice cream or something sweet. I wanted to start exercising so I googled Yoga and immediately got attached to YOU. Your videos are wonderful and you make me feel so confident in myself. Ive lost 10 lbs and I dont know how many inches but its a lot. Now my whole family is eating Keto suppers and snacks with me (which my husband was already doing some) and my oldest son loves to do yoga with me! I know this is long but I just want you to know how much you truly mean to me and I'm sure so many others. Thank you for your videos and the way you teach. Thank you for being you! Hi Benji! My goal this year is to never miss a day. I used to be overly concerned with how I “looked” when I came to the mat. I HAD to have yoga pants and I had to be mentally ready or I would not practice. That lead to avoiding the mat which just so happens to be my go to for most things. Avoiding is what I do best. This year I decided the only way I could commit to a daily yoga practice was to just roll out of bed and on to the mat in my pajamas. It doesn’t matter what I look like when I practice, I KNOW yoga makes me a better person. Someone who wants to face my feelings on and off the mat. Adriene, you are the purest of souls. Thank you for helping me show up for myself.

I absolutely loved this practice. After doing yoga most mornings in the last 2 months I can almost go through the whole thing at her pace and it feels wonderful. I love that our bodies work and as long as we treat them well, they will function how they are supposed to. What a gift to find my body in the sludge of stress and less-than-healthy living and discover that it is still there, still able, and still willing to work with and for me. Thank you Adriene!

This one proves that the length of practice is not as important as practicing with integrity (in the asanas). 7:50am now where i am, and i feel energized after feeling lethargic when i woke up to get kids resdy for school. Thank you for this sequence!

This is a super energising short workout for Day 2 of MOVE. As a senior yogi I just needed to adjust towards the end and modify those side planks, with knee down for support. I can feel my strength building, it’s becoming easier for me in downward dog (been suffering in lockdown). It was all about the tiny details you mention as we go Adriene, that made me feel so positive, thank you from my heart for keeping me focused and sane 🙏💕
Still- October 2021, i remember doing this the first time it was published. The pace and repeated planks were so challenging to me. Couple months if practising later, i still worked up a sweat, only this time i really got into the zone and didnt even realize until it was finished :) Awesome morning practise, Namaste everyone :)

Started with Breathe and moving into “Move”, I love the messages that come up. I started today overwhelmed by my tasks but through this practice I realized it wasn’t fair to myself, my power to doubt myself. To love myself, I have to honor my power.
My cat, Rascal, watched this entire video! She was mesmirized with Adriene. I think her voice must have been comforting. Rascal has a new best friend!!!

I loved doing this practice. I’m trying to make sure I position my wrists and fingers correctly as I’m doing downward facing dog and other poses. And take the pressure off the wrists as I do need to stop and give the wrists a break and make a circular movement. Healing required. Will be returning to this practice. I did this practice because I was feeling really low energy, I listen to my body and adjust some poses in order to feel good. I ended up crying at the end, yoga is medicine indeed ❤

March Day 3! With the crummy weather today I definitely needed a pick me up! I am almost able to get my feet to the ground in downward dog now which is amazing since I had lost so much flexibility the last few years. Even my knee is getting better and I can sit back on them with a block without pain which is a huge step for me. 😊
This is my favorite go-to anytime I haven’t been active and feel “stuck”. She really focuses on the breath and using the breath to deepen poses and bringing oxygen into the whole body and brain. So refreshing and energizing! Thank you Adriene 🙏🏼
I have a stuffy head and achey body and who knows what is happening with the sinuses ... but I thought a bit of yoga might help. I could not keep my head down because it gave me an awful headache but I compromised and worked it out. Glad to have a bit of yoga in my back pocket when I need to get out of my body. Really needed this today as I woke with a sinus headache(now gone, thanks Adriene!). I’m working on getting back to a daily practice after a health issue in February and surgery in March. This was a good start!🌸❤️🌞

I do a supported side plank, top leg forward, knee bent, foot flat on ground like a bicycle stand. I could do full on side plank but the pressure on that hand/wrist is just a bit much for me.

I am beginning the March 2021 "Move" calendar and once again this practice, on this day, is *exactly* what I needed. Today was my first class after sustaining a knee injury nearly three weeks ago, and it felt so good to get on my mat and just MOVE! I've got a ways to go yet in my yoga journey but I know I'll get there. Thank you, Adriene, and all who practice with these videos. Namaste.

This is just what the doctor ordered! My sweet baby woke me up at 4am so did not get a great night's sleep. This energy movement medicine from MOVE lifted my energy and my spirit!
I found it hard to even come to my mat in March and missed a lot of days. Today is a new day and I have set an intention to make more time for myself this month. Day one complete and it was what I needed in these mad times. xxx

I fully agree. I tried multiple times to come to my mat and I wasn't able to. It makes me happy to know I wasn't the only one. I hope everyone is doing well. It was hard for me when I had to stop going to yoga classes because although it was an hour dedicated to me, it was the energy from those around me that helped me channel the energy within me. I will begin to do yoga at home now knowing that I am not alone.

I started this journey in January with Breath and I have not missed one day - even when I had covid. I am now to the point that yoga is simply part of my daily routine, like making my bed or brushing my teeth- Namaste 🙏
I started with Breath as well. With not much forethought I decided to commit to the month. When it was over I just kept going. I now can’t imagine a day without my yoga break. I follow the calendars and even though I feel a little silly doing a practice say for surfers, I always find they hit the mark in some way. This STILL calendar has been lovely. So mindful, reflective and gentle. Also love reading the comments. Namaste.

What a beautiful practice! Saving this one to come back to. I've been doing your yoga videos (almost) daily for 3 months now and you have changed my life! I am in peace with myself, my body, and where I am today. But also I look forward to the future and where it takes me. I had a job interview last week and I kept repeating the mantra from Revolution "everything is as it should be" and I felt a little nervous at first, but then I had a sense of calm come over me. It was amazing. This is coming from a girl with anxiety that stopped her from leaving the house two years ago. Yoga is so magical and I'm so grateful you do these videos. Here again for March Day 03:03:23✅🌪️🌑So freezing cold, dull and grey 2day here in UK 🇬🇧, wasn't feeling up to it, but I pushed myself to come on this morning to move with energetic medicine, even had some falls with the planks, didn't even finish but I came back this evening and really had another go at my pace, seriously!😄😌 this is a fulfilling session perfect for a start and finish day to the wkend. Adriene I'm sure you've heard this so much but you have truly changed my life. I'm 34, will be 35 in about 3 weeks and I have never been a healthy person. I was always that girl that could eat anything and still look ripped like I killed it in the gym, although I've never set foot in a gym. About 3-4 months ago I was diagnosed with Shingles. It shocked me bc I've only heard of elderly people getting that for the most part (I know that it can affect anyone). Immediately after I got bronchitis and then got sinusitis (sp?). I knew I was unhealthy with a weak immune system and needed a change. I'm married with 2 boys, ages 12 and 10. I want to be around for my family. For as long as I can remember I've only drank Dr. Pepper (like it was herion to me) and sweet tea...good ole southern girl here! I NEVER drank water. In the past almost 2 months I've completely cut out all soda and drink nothing but water as well as a major diet change. No junk food, no late nite eating...I'm not perfect and sometimes I do eat some ice cream or something sweet. I wanted to start exercising so I googled Yoga and immediately got attached to YOU. Your videos are wonderful and you make me feel so confident in myself. Ive lost 10 lbs and I dont know how many inches but its a lot. Now my whole family is eating Keto suppers and snacks with me (which my husband was already doing some) and my oldest son loves to do yoga with me! I know this is long but I just want you to know how much you truly mean to me and I'm sure so many others. Thank you for your videos and the way you teach. Thank you for being you! Hi Benji! My goal this year is to never miss a day. I used to be overly concerned with how I “looked” when I came to the mat. I HAD to have yoga pants and I had to be mentally ready or I would not practice. That lead to avoiding the mat which just so happens to be my go to for most things. Avoiding is what I do best.
This year I decided the only way I could commit to a daily yoga practice was to just roll out of bed and on to the mat in my pajamas. It doesn’t matter what I look like when I practice, I KNOW yoga makes me a better person. Someone who wants to face my feelings on and off the mat.
Adriene, you are the purest of souls. Thank you for helping me show up for myself.

I absolutely loved this practice. After doing yoga most mornings in the last 2 months I can almost go through the whole thing at her pace and it feels wonderful. I love that our bodies work and as long as we treat them well, they will function how they are supposed to. What a gift to find my body in the sludge of stress and less-than-healthy living and discover that it is still there, still able, and still willing to work with and for me. Thank you Adriene!

This is a super energising short workout for Day 2 of MOVE. As a senior yogi I just needed to adjust towards the end and modify those side planks, with knee down for support. I can feel my strength building, it’s becoming easier for me in downward dog (been suffering in lockdown). It was all about the tiny details you mention as we go Adriene, that made me feel so positive, thank you from my heart for keeping me focused and sane 🙏💕

Couple months if practising later, i still worked up a sweat, only this time i really got into the zone and didnt even realize until it was finished :) Awesome morning practise, Namaste everyone :)

Started with Breathe and moving into “Move”, I love the messages that come up. I started today overwhelmed by my tasks but through this practice I realized it wasn’t fair to myself, my power to doubt myself. To love myself, I have to honor my power.
My cat, Rascal, watched this entire video! She was mesmirized with Adriene. I think her voice must have been comforting. Rascal has a new best friend!!!
Doing this video has brightened up a misty day in Yorkshire. From a quiet beginning to the energetic end. I loved it!!!

I loved doing this practice. I’m trying to make sure I position my wrists and fingers correctly as I’m doing downward facing dog and other poses. And take the pressure off the wrists as I do need to stop and give the wrists a break and make a circular movement. Healing required. Will be returning to this practice. I did this practice because I was feeling really low energy, I listen to my body and adjust some poses in order to feel good. I ended up crying at the end, yoga is medicine indeed ❤

This was so intense, loved it, managed to do 2 months everyday in my first year of doing yoga and i can say this, i feel alive, this is how I would describe this. Thank you adrienne, you brought light into our souls.
A 7yo YWA video popped up in my feed yesterday so I did that. Today, I chose to do yesterdays “Move” day and I love videos show up just when you need them 💕
March Day 3! With the crummy weather today I definitely needed a pick me up! I am almost able to get my feet to the ground in downward dog now which is amazing since I had lost so much flexibility the last few years. Even my knee is getting better and I can sit back on them with a block without pain which is a huge step for me. 😊

This is my favorite go-to anytime I haven’t been active and feel “stuck”. She really focuses on the breath and using the breath to deepen poses and bringing oxygen into the whole body and brain. So refreshing and energizing! Thank you Adriene 🙏🏼
I have a stuffy head and achey body and who knows what is happening with the sinuses ... but I thought a bit of yoga might help. I could not keep my head down because it gave me an awful headache but I compromised and worked it out.

Really needed this today as I woke with a sinus headache(now gone, thanks Adriene!). I’m working on getting back to a daily practice after a health issue in February and surgery in March. This was a good start!🌸❤️🌞
