When first married, this Minnesota girl lived in downtown Chicago. With a 5 speed Honda Accord. I’d hit the Kennedy on ramp doing 95 mph & smoothly blend in. Driving my mother thru Fargo, ND on errands, yup, she did A LOT OF PRAYING & she was Lutheran (Loo-Trn). If there's a silver or white lining around the red part of a "stop" sign it's perfectly legal to ignore it if no one else is currently in the intersection, and even sometimes then if you're on your way to Dunkins.
