  • As you all know. I purchased a 2006 Suzuki RM250 off facebook marketplace about 9 months ago now. This video shows from start to finish the whole build process and what it takes to build a bike. This video only shows the main parts and highlights of the build so sit back and enjoy the build in one 15 minute video.

      @@AshrafAshraf-zx6vz sold my 2011 Dodge Ram Big Horn yesterday, and am buying a 2011 WRX STI with a fully built closed deck EJ257 (closed deck means the coolant passages around the cylinders are filled with aluminum for reinforcement and then redrilled for coolant flow so you can make 600whp+ without blowing a head gasket). You give up some cooling but that’s what gauges are for. I’m pretty excited, the car was built at a Subaru garage near my house, so ya I’m amped to get this thing. Getting a good deal at $13,500 the guy showed me over $15,000 in receipts for the motor alone he bought a brand new block and everything. Cheers bro

    I remember when I was 14 and my cousin 17 we put apart my YZ80 and made full general on it...took us 2 days to do everything but we made it and I was kinda proud on us.Obviously if my cousin wasn’t near we would never be able to do this,he was mechanic...me more just helper and observer lol.

    • @motorvatednz7432
      @motorvatednz7432  4 роки тому +1

      Hey, if it has had a full rebuild including crank, piston, cylinder replate etc. It is unusual to have no compression. You most likely have an air leak/crack/hole some where and that is where the combustion is going not allowing it to run or build up compression. It also could be like a head gasket or cylinder gasket and is not sealing correctly. I would pull the top end off and check the crank and inspect the cylinder, piston and gaskets. Hope this helps. Motovated NZ 👍

    • @motorvatednz7432
      @motorvatednz7432  4 роки тому +1

      @@EuroTrashTV. Well in that case then, there is a possibility it is your crank that is not allowing it to run. The Con-rod bearing will be worn and the rod will have up and down play. Could also be your crank seals. You're going to have to pull the whole engine apart probably and see whats going on. Cheers 👍

      MotoVated NZ I dig the gold, but with all the yellow, it’s just too much. I’m looking forward to seeing the new one.

      Fair enough. Ever since I was a wipper snapper. Seeing the factory Suzuki bikes with yellow rims. Had to give it a try. In person, they were also more yellow than gold. I cant wait either. 👍
