Great video, simple, you added what other missed, the blend mode. Also when you loaded your pictures from inside photoshop into layers (that script) why didnt you choose autoalign already there?
Hmm I have no idea but that is a good spot, you could do that too. I guess I like to do things one step at a time so I can see what makes an error and fix that.
@@ShootingDave Was just wondering, from my experience I got the feeling it works a little better when I script. I am a lazy ass, and love shoot freehanded, so to do my CPL stacks I usually have to use that alignment. and sometimes that scripting works a lil better, but that just might be total random. If I canot get them to suit, I only use parts from the second layer and stretch them to my needs ;-)
I’ll give it a go. I can’t see how it would be different, photoshop isn’t known for having many algorithms 🤣

Thanks Dave. I always find it a challenge to get the angle of the camera and polarizer to the car in such a way as to maximize the effect. Any tips on that?
It should be obvious when you look through the lens. If it’s not then you might need a better polariser

You might have to get some drop in filters
@@ShootingDave Yeah - REALLY don't want to have to go there, but that glass sticks out too far for conventional filters...
Yeah I know, I can’t say I’ve have ever tried drop in filters before.
