Probation is a trap. I did 3 1/2 years in jail and had 5 years of probation and I caught a violation
so I paid 5 g to a lawyer to get me off for good and now I've been on the straight and narrow for the last 17 years.
Thank God because jail is for the birds.😁
100% agree. In fact, I've been told by correction officers (salt of the earth type) referring their system's probation measures as "set up to fail". With PO's placing bets with each other on who racks up more "quick dips" a month.
Q.D. is a 2-3 day (probation violation) lockup. Imagine the stuff we will never know.

When my beother was 17 he got a 2 years nut inatead took probation for 5. I told him to do the time and be free and clear....he chose probation..
That was 2001, he juat got out of prison on parole after another probation violation.

It's not unusual to turn on local news here in Lawton and hear about another murder in there!! I've always heard that since I moved here 20 yrs ago.

That little girl dying because that idiot kid threw the rock off the overpass happened right down the road from my house. Absolutely tragic the family was walking around the neighborhood for weeks trying to identify the vehicle and look for answers
If true evil is holding that rock. You can bet it will have supreme accuracy to inflict death. A speeding car zipping by, yet always, these rocks seem to land exactly where it needs to, to be effective. Regular humans would NEVER lock on perfectly, onto a speeding target 100ft beneath you. Just IMO
I was driving today and a big rain drop fell of the overpass we had. Heavy dew last night and hit my windshield and it scared me for a sec. And then I thought about if someone was throwing rocks off what would I do.

I worked here, I was assaulted by a Sgt, they did nothing about it. Several months later she assaulted an inmate. The higher ups do nothing about the bad behavior of their sgts/lts.
I’m so glad I’m not working at that prison anymore it’s getting so bad 5 long years I was there but I did enjoy my job

I remember that story about the rock throwing, I think one of the people hit even uploaded a video of when it happened. Crazy that idiot didn't even begin to think about what could've happened by throwing rocks, small or big, at a speeding vehicle. I've had the invasive thought before, but bro, SAND will slice you (the person not your vehicle) and rip through paint at those speeds, why, just why.
I can't believe how the probation resets! Thats crazy. Im down here in Louisiana, where you back your time up in jail or can get re sentenced to lesser time in jail but released on parole only. No probation. And definitely no resetting anything. Thats just crazy!

It’s very rare that someone actually gets injured in prison, leg alone die, and two prisoners at that.
I had a beautiful dog for fifteen years. A girlfriend made a fuss and asked to look after her overnight. The girlfriend turned out to be off her head, and the dog had to be put down a week later. Anna did not like her needs being second to an old dog. Heartbroken to this day.
Did the woman ever say why she was torturing the dog? So insane and evil.
When I walked out of prison the last thing I ever ever wanted to see again was a stainless steel toilet I realized how going to the bathroom and being able to shut the door with such a privilege the things we take for granted every day will Amaze you

I will say this. As an ex convict. Whatever out of state facility. We own the yard. Hahahaha we had all them staff in our pockets. Shit we even told a warden in another facility. We are gonna take over. And we did. Alabama we owned it all. We made history.

I was at Lawton Correctional. I did about a year and a half there during my 8 year armed robbery sentence. My lil bro is there right now for the second time since I got out in 2018.
We got a new warden there back around 2014. Turn the whole time that I was there it was locked down u could only mingle with ur pod. No leaving the pod for anything besides medical. They have doors sliding keeping u separated. That place was violent. Seen stabbings, gang wars, in my short time there.

Same here 🇦🇺 the geo private prisons are out of control. You can get any drug any phone pretty much anything you want and most officers just don't have a clue..
I stayed in a sober house with a kid from oklahoma, he had done a 5 year bid out there. He said it was for punching a cop but he eventually admitted it was for a SA on a minor, I believe under 14. He did the bid in general pop and apparently avoided detection, which makes me wonder how paperwork works in oklahoma.. I thought it was bizarre
That sounds F up. I’ve done time in the UK prison system. It used to be the nonces would come on the mains and the gov’s ( officers) would tell everyone what they did. But they’ve changed it in the last five years. If you got any weirdo charge on your record it could be stalking for example. You’re going straight to the nonce wing. ( they don’t have the staff to fill out the paperwork for them getting a good hiding ).
@@smith2781ya man he said he also started the bid in pc and couldn’t take it and transferred to general pop, which would be another red flag. I dunno how a guy has bad paperwork and starts a bid in pc and then just coasts in gp. Maybe in Oklahoma their paperwork is really protected or something 🤷♂️
@chrrycola2717 I believe there was drugging involved also, so maybe even more heinous than that. They had someone from the city come to check on him and we all found out he was a SO that day. I got transferred out of that house the next day so I never found out anything else
5yrs 10 months for being cruel to that animal surprised me. I've seen so many animal abuse cases end with the abuser getting a very light punishment. I was super glad to see her get actual punishment. Animal abuser's and child predators/abuser's are the low of the low to me.
