I was a first time offender at 17 and pulled over 5 years for a victimless crime. The only diffrence between people like me and people like this dude is the cash. You can do whatever you want in this country, just make sure you got the cash for that lawyer.

Yo I had a drug charge here in Delaware like 10 yrs ago, and they had workers at the State Medical Examiners office tapering with AND stealing drugs out of there. And the state LITERALLY had to throw out SOO many cases cause of that. If you had a drug charge and your drug evidence was in there, the state had to let a BUNCH of mofos that was locked up, let free and drop charges. And at my preliminary hearing the public "pretender" gave me a THICK ASS STACK of paperwork, saying my shit was in there and there's no way to say if it was tampered with or not, and my case can be dropped. So months later I went back to court, and the public pretender didn't even mention the medical examiners office and him getting my case thrown out like the rest. He said the state is offering level 3 probation 18 months and tasc, I stopped em right there, and said no I want my shit thrown out. That right there proves they are fake asf, and have the court and states best interests not yours AT ALL. I know the state was trying to still press people's cases cause they had to toss out soo many, and instead of them doing the right thing no they tried to do me dirty, till I caught em, and they had to drop mine, I KNOW that burned the attorney Generals ass that day lol, my case was SUPERIOR COURT TOO BRO,

I’m not sure if he’s gonna do hard time or not, but the average person without all that money would be doing a long bid by now. The justice system is so fucked up like that.

It's ABUNDANTLY CLEAR that this young man is dealing with psychological issues. How else do you explain the fact that he's achieved great fortune and fame yet continues to get caught up in these ridiculous situations? It doesn't help that everyone enables him because he's a star. His lawyers keep helpin' him duck these charges that would put most people in prison for some time (and some of his charges would force most people to register as a sex offender), and it's only a matter of time until the shit hits the fan. Maybe he needs to do a year or two like Gucci to get his mind right, but he DEFINITELY needs some counseling!!!
Imho these psychological issues are the root cause of his addiction issues. Both keep him unstable, presenting incoherent in interviews. Almost psychotic acting. It's so sad too. If he doesn't get and accept help soon it's only going to get uglier for him.

Defendants don’t make more situations of injustice for defendants without money. Defendants without money get it bad no matter what. Jail is made for people without money. Jail/Prison is either for people so violent that they have to be incarcerated and/or there is victims. If it’s non violent incarceration is used for labor without payment. It’s like slavery with extra steps. That’s why there are so many privatized prisons. Prison is big business. Ready labor is good business; labor without pay who you know has to show up on time and work hard or they go back to general population is way better business. Slavery is profitable. Vote your politics.

I’ve been in “Niagara County Jail” it’s actually called Thorold Detention Center. I never had cable when I was arrested so it was nice to have cable in the dorm 😂
