I got my 2nd DUI while on probation for first...had a .36 blood alcohol (which blew them away. They said i should have been out, not talking like normal. He was like dude, YOU are an alcoholic! ). I got lucky because it was in a different state, so at the time anyway, Missouri, where i live they didnt have my dui in Illinois show up...like states dont always know what you've done in a different state? Either way, i avoided prison thank God. Only been in jail over night twice and for 11 days in a pod once for a totally different thing. Been over 20 years since dui, and 10 years now since any trouble with law. Straightened my life out.
One reason i like this channel is i respect ole boy here for straightening his life out. Take the criminality out of people, you're usually just dealing with a good dude. Hell, nicest guy i ever met had just got out of 19 years in prison for murder and worked with me. Had no car, so I'd take him with me to lunch each day. Dude definitely found himself in prison. Really good dude. You gotta give people chances .
That's what's up. I straightened my sh out too. It's been 12 years since I've been to jail and I actually get to help addicts for a living. I said f that jail life lmao
@@nicolasbaker9601 Too many people are repeat offenders...you gotta have real willpower to break the cycle, but after a while I, anyway, simply don't want any of the stuff I was into...and yeah, me too...I don't do it currently (health issues), but I used to help alcoholics as well. Had failures, but you know people can't be helped if they don't want it...even quitting, some go right back of course. But I turned around a few people and that made it worth it. I just did volunteer work. Been sober 15 years now.

Wish I could feel some empathy for this young man. Cannabis and Meth and paraphernalia and DUI are bad enough, but obliterating serial numbers and possession of a firearm while on probation probably gave him an additional 5 years in State Prison. This young man will become an old man in prison unless a major turnaround occurs.

on memorial day last year i drove up the white moutisans in NH. Stopped at a rest stop took a couple hits from the bowl, put on some 50cent and continued on my way. 5 minutes later i get pulled over by a State Trooper for going 85 in a 70. Dude for sure knew i was stoned. Every sentence began with him fake coughing and him taking the most exaggerated breaths, long ass sniffs. Had the most intense small talk of my life. ended with a speeding ticket. God bless that officer.

Got pulled over after leaving McDonalds, high as balls with a few friends. Turned my lights off while we ate in the car, forgot to turn them back on pulling out lol.
Cop definitely knew what the deal was but let me off with a warning. I was also super polite and otherwise just shut my mouth
I was just about to type basically the same ish about that jacket when you said that. That thing is the white boy baby baller special. You know he stays with at least a zip of that go fast at all times just from that alone. And the matching jacket and hat combo boosts that up to a qp mandatory minimum in some states.

BTW I do enjoy your videos.....I was a major law-breaker when younger and still take the laws as a suggestion....at 70 years of age I have been lucky. My 2 boys and 2 grandchildren have never even broken a law. My one son is a Computer Systems Engineer and my Grandson is studying Nuclear Engineering. I have a bad streak but am not aggressive and always weigh the risks I am taking. I know lifelong criminals who are rich but I walked away from them many years ago. Rather be poor than go to jail.

Its not resisting when you refuse a search. And legally he has to wait for a judge to sign a warrant if bufdy insists theres no search. If tell him call your supervisor and clise the window until he gets there. Aling with the window, shut your mouth and call your attorney while waiting for a supervisor.

Drunk driving is a terrible thing, but I know I've been guilty of it, just never got caught. I've had friends die from it, and I'm older and wiser now. There was no curb, but I side swiped a stop sign making a right hand turn years ago. I don't press my luck these days. Great video, entertaining as hell like always.
I feel him bout the curbs, they recently put a sidewalk and cross walk in at one intersection I turn right through a lot. I probalby drove over that curb with my back tire 5-6 times in the first month, I've seen a few other cars do the same thing.
My buddy was getting pulled over in our hometown the week that he moved back from Michigan. He was there fore like 5yrs.
Anyway, they put in a concrete section where it used to be a turn lane. He was trying to turn into the gas station because the sides of the road had really high curbs.
He hit that. center section at like 35mph😅. His 2019 mustang wasn't built for that.
The front end folded like a lawn chair, and the car ended up high centered, stuck, and busted up.
He got a DUI (that he probably wouldn't have gotten if he didn't wreck), and his car was almost totaled.
I had to tell my father that they were working on a stop light intersection at my work and to slow the heck down. he was just giving me a ride on a day i got a flat. the high curbs could take off a rim! he has a nice SUV and i know they don't give a dam if people miss the turn in and run over the center island. what a joke of a road crew to quit 5 foot into the lot. do the whole path wth!

I'm no attorney but I did used to watch People's Court, so my advice is it made sense to object to the search. "No you aren't" may not be the most diplomatic way to put it. But "I don't agree to a search" or "I don't consent to a search" couldn't hurt. It would be on the record and maybe if a lawyer raises questions later it might do some good. Who knows? The cop is going to search the car no matter what anyway.
Someone tell these guys they can raise defaced serial numbers at the lab. It isn't worth the extra time. They're going to find out it's stolen anyway.
yeah, i saw that on a documentary once and started looking online - it's like writing something down and tearing the page from the book - the lab will see what was there from the pages underneath. even if you give it a real deep grind, the stamping has cold worked it into the crystal structure or something and maybe you can't see the numbers no more but they're still there.

Although the police would like us to think they can recover those numbers, no matter what, I will only say that there are multiple ways it can be done. Certainly not an infallible practice, but a serial number can be made unrecoverable. Especially on cheaper steels, alloys or composites.
@@theLongPigChef I'm not an expert but when are gun serial numbers not on steel? I have Keltecs, they LOVE plastics, but they still have Numbers in steel, albeit they look laser etched. Hard stamped though, can always be redeemed. But that's a practice that's long outdated.

For people with weed cards,By open cannabis he means the nugs out of the container, typically if you have your container closed even if you popped the seal under the lid they let you off, got off 5 separate times with my weed card after showing them my weed in my container with my name on the sticker attached to it , if you don’t have your weed card on you though you’re beat it doesn’t even matter if it has your name on it if you don’t have the card along with it- at least in PA

Another fun fact about how weed. In legal states it’s still illegal in national parks, that’s federal land so they go by federal law on it. Found out that out in Colorado.
