The Bee Gees donated this song to UNICEF to help others with hunger and famine.
I HOPE it went where it should have
Wow. Shows how popular & unselfish they were.💜🩷🇺🇲✝️😊
I'm a 60 year old veteran I grew up listening to music not what they call music today this is raw talent enjoy young one
No autotune just raw talent !!! Something that is missing in many of todays artists
Great harmonies. Never tire of this song or the BGeesxx
I love the tooooo part as well, makes me happy seeing you being happy, music heals the world 😊
Welcome in the Univers of the Bee Gees ❤❤❤
I listen to this song every day. It was released 1978. I was married 1977. If it had been released in 1977, it would have been one of the songs in our wedding.
A little background.
Barry Gibb (middle) September 1, 1946. He and his wife Linda have been married for 53 years. They have 4 sons and one daughter who is the youngest. Also, 7 grandchildren. Barry's chest is shiny with blotches because when he was about 18 months, he pulled a pot of hot tea from off of a table. His mom said he didn't speak for a long time (close to 2 years.) He was close to dying because there was no skin grafting back then and gangrene was beginning to set in. Barry said he has no memory of it happening, just the scars to prove.
Robin (on our left - long hair) and Maurice (on our right - short hair) were fraternal twins.
Maurice Gibb (December 22, 1949 - January 12, 2003) heart attack, while getting surgery for twisted intestines. Survived by wife and 2 adult children.
Robin Gibb (December 22, 1949 - May 20, 2012) doctors found out he had the same intestine problems as Maurice. When they went in to fix it, they found cancer. He is survived by wife and 4 adult children.
Andy Gibb - not pictured (March 5, 1958 - March 10, 1988) He was too young to sing with his brothers. He had his own successful career. He and Barry could have been identical twins. He had a bad heart. Andy is survived by one daughter.
You know the song 'Emotion' sung by Destiny's Child? The brothers wrote the song (1977) for the singer Samantha Sang. Destiny's Child has too much drama in it. But Barry said he liked it.

They wrote their own songs and wrote and produced songs for a lot of other artists. Barry didn't always sing in falsetto. They were asked if someone could sing falsetto on a song. Barry volunteered, and the rest is history. Robin sings falsetto too.
On a side note, the first born is their sister, Lesley (Gibb) Evans. She can sing, but she did not want to be in the limelight. She lives a quiet life. She and Barry are the last two survivors of the family. (Their parents are deceased also.) Maurice passed away on Lesley's 58th birthday.
They were so popular that some radio stations had a 'Bee Gees free' weekend. NO requests for their songs.
There's so much to write about them.
In your spare time, I think you'll like what they have contributed to the music industry.
I recommend the following songs:

Ive watched hundreds of prople reacting to this song...sweetie your reaction is the very best of them all
@Sheraytv
This song was the 4th of 6 straight number 1 songs in a row by The Bee Gees! They were:
1. How Deep is Your Love
2. Stayin Alive
3. Night Fever
4. Too Much Heaven
5. Tragedy
6. Love You Inside Out
The Bee Gees dominated the 70’s! They had number 1 hits that they wrote for other folks (Emotions, Samantha Sang), Grease (Frankie Valli), If I Can’t Have You (Yvonne Elliman) and their brother Andy’s 3 straight number 1 songs (I Just Want to be your Everything; Love Is Thicker than Water, and Shadow Dancing)
And a couple of years before all those number 1 songs, they had just had Jive Talkin and You Should Be Dancing hit #1.
They were the Mega Group back in the 70’s!❤❤❤❤
Such a beautiful song. Beautiful caring talented men who always lent their time and talent to a worthy cause. Hosted a tennis tournament and benefit for Diabetes research every year, Song Blue island for children of Bosnia. Love your reaction.❤❤❤ please listen to I Surrender (promotional video).
1,000 songs they wrote and come up with the melodies to them all. . watch the movie about their lives. 3 brothers that started their band in 1958. listen to the wone they wrote for Cyleaion deaion. MORTALITY.
I listen to it almost every day! I'm addicted to this song! There's only one other song I'm addicted to by Stevie Wonder that I can listen to so much.

I am so happy to see you enjoying the Bee Gees...I was lucky, that growing up I had the pleasure of hearing them.
Just class - they are wonderful writing their own songs and for others. No one quite like them.
Thanks for this version. I’ve watched to many to count reactions of the other video. First time seeing this one. Thanks again. Loved it 😊
Honey, that's back when music was made by people who could loved deeply. and when I was so much younger. We loved our music. We loved each other. Things have changed so much for the worse. I'm a 74 yr old woman and these guys were so Hot!! Barry Gibb was like a big bear.

Staying alive it's fire 🔥 😊
Holy cow. They never performed this song live! This is a fantastic clip. Thank you so much for finding and sharing. Very unusual. They are young here! This is around the time they wrote the studio version. Crazy!
Talents!
So far this song has raised £10 million for the charity
