Thank you Shreya for introducing Neha to us. I very much like her integrative approach to human wellbeing. From my personal experience of 50 years in this space, I can confirm that her wholistic understanding of the interaction of the various elements of the human body, spirit and soul aligns with my experience. I would say that to become vegan is a natural progression for one who deeply and honestly investigates the effects of harming / slaughtering animals. Your interview with Neha is so excellent as it covers in less than an hour all important aspects of personal wellbeing. ✅ Neha has an outstanding and easy to understand knowledge of all the elements of wellbeing.
I wish her all the best for her endeavour to guide people to a better life in speaking her truth without reservation. 🌻❤️ Peter - Melbourne, Australia

Thank you for tuning in Peter. Personal well-being should be our priority. I can also agree that Neha's focus on the interconnectedness of body, spirit, and soul is truly inspiring, and it's fantastic to hear that your experience aligns so well.

The whole argument is that animal protein will not be completely digested on the assumption that the acid in the stomach is weak, that is a highly one sided arguemnt and does not reveal the whole picture, people who have weak stomach acid have it because of advanced aging, chronic stress or somekind of surgery. In all other cases, people are perfectly healthy, they have good gut health, they have have strong somach acid (which can digest all sorts of stuff). and inflammation is not only caused by eating animal foods, that is a misconception, i myself am allergic to eggplant, and vegetables from the tuber family (except potatoes), inflammation is usually caused in reponse to an allergen which can come from anywhere, it could come from plants as well as from animals.this conversation is onesided because they are vegan, so at the end of the day people's judgements are clouded by what they believe is right or wrong.

It's an entirely different outlook that we all can use before consuming anything 💚
