Yes. My family loves it. I use it in baking, cereal and coffee. I don't have an espresso machine that has a steam wand. The company said it froths well with steam wand.
I am anxious to watch this. I bought it the day it came out at my local Whole Foods and I REALLY liked it! I hope this one can enter die hard dairy milk fan's lives.

Not vegan, but I believe I've developed a milk allergy. I dislike all nut milks and milk alternatives, but I was PLEASANTLY surprised with this Not Milk. It has the texture, taste, and overall vibe cow milk has. I'd say it's a TINY bit off, but its 95% there. I adore this stuff now that I finally tried it. Expensive though

Thanks for that info! I was wondering how it worked in hot coffee? Curdling? separation?, etc. So far the best nondairy creamer I've found is Califia Oat creamer, I just wish they used organic ingredients.
@@cristinahutchins1902 I find it curdles when it’s cold but that seems to be a thing with a lot of vegan milks. When I heat it up before adding it two my coffee, not two minutes go by before it begins to separate
@@vicmun Thanks for the specifics, Victor. I tried almond, almond coconut, macadamia nut milks and barista blends. They are not as creamy as dairy H&H and the added flavors to the coffee I didn't like. I finally settled on Califia's Oat Barista Blend for my coffee. It's nearly as rich and creamy as dairy H&H, and it doesn't add any strange flavors to my coffee. The only issue I have with Califia's many non-dairy barista blends/creamers is that they are not organic.
One final remark: one you should consider when looking at ingredients is that 5 (including 3 weird sounding ones) are just the fortification with calcium, potassium and vitamin 812 and D! NotMilk is literally the closest alternative I've ever tried. I kept checking the box just to make sure it wasn't dairy. I can actually drink this straight out of the cartoon, and I never do that with any other alternative. I wish I could find the cheese in my stores 😢
The best plant based milk on the market is Elmhurst and Malk. These two products do not have emulsifiers, gums, oils, natural flavors or artificial flavors, etc, 100% clean. They do run about $5-6 each. Elmhurst is shelf stable also. By the way they are not full of water. 🙂
Good review. Thanks. We bought 1 pack of 2% at Publix Supermarket, a chain in Florida and Georgia with over 700 stores. I have not yet found in our WholeFoods Market at Fort Myers. The taste, after warming the NotMilk for 1 min in MWave oven, is excellent. Our true test will be when we try making Yoghurt out of it tonight.
I agree with Larisha! I can totally taste coconut and pineapple. If you have a strong pallette, you'll definitely notice. It was great in smoothies, but otherwise it was Pina colada mixer. Oatly is still Queen 👸🏽
congratulations for your video, it looks so professional and well produced! In Brazil there's a version with chocolate of this milk, it tastes awesome too
I saw this at my local health food store for the very first time today and I didn't pick it up as I was too nervous! I never disliked the taste of dairy before going vegan, but understanding now how it is obtained and knowing what dairy actually is, I don't think I'd be able to stomach something this similar. Makes me think of what lab-grown meat will taste like! Will more than likely still purchase this product as I'm tempted to give it a go and use it for cooking too, but primarily to support the company as every innovation is a win for the animals. The plant-based revolution is truly remarkable. Thanks for the review!
Thank you so much for this review! I actually bought the 2% not milk from Whole Foods. It was very good, although it reminded me more of carnation milk, but it was great in my cereal so that's a plus!
1. I am so happy you were satisfied with this product! After the horrible yoghurt taste test you deserved something tasty and optimistic! 2. It is so amazing such products exist! I'm here because another plant based milk failed the cereal test. Now I need a new alternative. It's so hard to find a nice milk that work with coffee and cereal 😫 Thank you for the review, I'm gonna try this.
@Ryan yes! It was the best one for milk chocolate and cereal, but I didn't liked much on my coffee. I bought again tho, I really liked how it tastes with cocoa powder. I didn't tried the full fat, only the semi and the no fat (I think is new) and I really liked. Now I need to find one for my coffee
Once again you guys are spot on! I didn't realize this video was out until after I tried this last weekend from whole foods. I had to double check the ingredient list to make sure my stomach wasn't going to go through war that day. I really thought it was real milk even though I did first look at the ingredients before I tasted it
So I watched this video, put my shoes on and went to my whole foods to pick it up. Insane! I made my fiance taste and he was like it tastes more like evaporated milk than whole milk from supermarket. But I love it! I waited to taste the pineapple and such and I couldn't so that's a plus!

Brought this milk after a few minutes of watching this video and I must say it’s my new plant based milk, honestly u can definitely taste the coconut milk in it
I liked the whole milk version very much when mixed with coffee. The chocolate one didn't sit well with me due to its aftertaste. However, it costs five times more than cow's milk so I only bought it once.
I'm so glad I subscribed cause y'all are putting me on to so many products. If I were able to get my hands on it I might try to mix with strawberries just because strawberry milk was my jam.
My sister only agreed to stop buying cows milk because of this product, so I'm happy for that. And, like you said, she specifically didn't like PB milk because of how it tastes with cereal. I don't care for it though, it's to milk-like for me.
I just tried it yesterday for the first time and loved it. It's what I'd been wishing for. It tastes just like real milk, but with a hint of pineapple flavor. I've been drinking Silk vanilla-flavored soy milk for the past two years. No more, though. I'm switching to Not Milk.
Important notice about coconut , Since August 2021, the Whole Not Milk has a new formula, have a white cap, and that the ingredients have changed. They removed all coconut from the formula, and the chicory root. So it now contains no fiber. Now everyone at home has found the perfect Milk.
I think it's great. I had to stop drinking reg milk because the high levels of sugar & added sugars while the proteins also caused issues with me. NotMilk is spot on vs the silk almond milk that really tastes bad or too thick.
It's a no go in this house, but thanks so much for your enthusiastic review! After watching this 2 days ago, my husband picked up a carton last night. Mixed responses here. My daughter really liked it, but it didn't taste like milk to her. I liked it, but want more protein in my milk, so back to soy. My husband LOVED dairy milk and did not like the Not Milk at all. Oh well. Also, I have a frother and it frothed, but the froth dissolved very quickly, like pretty much before I could get the coffee in the mug. I think that it would work pretty well in a savory recipe, because they texture was spot on.

I clicked because this channel is one of the few youtubers that are reviewing this milk alternative at the moment. I really enjoyed the video. Great work 💪new subscriber.
I'm trying to go dairy free but this doesn't taste anything like regular milk to me. it's not too bad when using to make stuff like pancakes, but on its own I cant stomach it.
I’m bummed it has chicory root fiber. This is also known as Inulin/prebiotic fiber and it causes severe gastrointestinal upset in some people (myself included!)
This looks great for vegan ranch and other savory things. I love almond milk but I don't like putting it into savory things. Personally I don't miss the taste of dairy milk but I do miss having a milk option that has no sweetness and a neutral taste
Ugh I want to try this! But if I love it, it's too expensive to buy all the time. Love soy milk but I don't like the taste when cooking with it. so in a creamy soup or sauce this sounds like it would be worth the cost
I know I'm a bit late but I just tasted it yesterday. It's been so long since I drank cow's milk that I am not sure how similar it tastes. Having that said, it must be a matter of personnal taste but I don't really like it. It has a strange and too strong aftertaste in my mouth, I think it's the pinneaples. I don't really like the idea of drinking cow's milk anyway so I think I will stick to my favorite alternative, oat milk; it doesn't replicate the taste of cow's milk but to me it tastes really good.
I haven’t had this one. I picked up silk next milk today. Have you had that one ? It was pretty amazing and the closest to cow milk that I have had. Looked the closest too I had the whole fat one. I have a commercial style stem wand on my espresso machine and it doesn’t compare to oatly. Planet oatmilk seams to do pretty good almost like oatly takes more work. I can steam the low fat oatly and it comes out great. So I think On it’s more neutral than oatly and I love oatly. The true test will be if my 9 year old likes it in the morning!! He’s super picky with plant milk.
@@MakeItDairyFree I've just started this whole "eating better thing" been drinking the Almond Breeze milk for a bit now. I go through weeks where I'm heavy on meat and others I don't eat much at all. Just found your channel yesterday ill give you a sub. Seems like a lot of neat stuff on here.
It doesn't go "sour", but it does go bad. I can't describe the taste exactly, but somewhat bitter. Bad, but not like sour milk. It took a while before it went though, and only a little was left. I find it absolutely the most milk like substitute by a landslide. I don't get it for the vegan thing, but for the much lower sugar content than milk. Yes there are filtered milks with very low sugar (ie. Rebel), but I've yet to find one in my area.
Interesting. If I was at the beginning of my vegan journey, I think I would definitely have tried it, if I ever saw it in my country. But now I'm a few years in, I'm too used to soya milk. And if it tastes that close to dairy milk, I'd always be wondering if someone has sneakily put dairy in my tea and waiting for the next couple of hours for the dairyrhea to arrive.
21:10 Oatmeal! A basic one with no extra flavourings! I feel like this would be the milk my mum would love as she is not the biggest fan of oat/nut/soy milks in her oatmeal, which she always eats super basic with just some banana/apple and maple syrop - you know, then you can definitely taste the milk :D
Great review as always! You need to review Magnum Non Dairy ice cream bars. They are outstanding and I had to look back at the box to make sure I picked up the vegan ones! 😂. I’ve tried 3 flavors....not sure if there’s more. Thanks for the time and effort you put into everything you guys do !!😍🤩😘
@@MakeItDairyFree yes especially when you love them...it was my absolute favorite cake. At least the next to last time I had them, they were fresh off the tree in the Dominican Republic. I am mostly vegetarian, but serious about making the plunge to be vegan.
Have you tried it yet? Thoughts?
I tasted pineapple a bit, but it was good. I love pineapples 🤣

I'm trying to go dairy free but this doesn't taste anything like regular milk to me. it's not too bad when using to make stuff like pancakes, but on its own I cant stomach it.
I am drinking it right now, tastes great.
Can’t tell the difference cow milk or Not milk. I actually like this Not Milk. It isn’t sweet and it not the weird color. Liking it so far.
nice!
Chicory is usually mixed in coffee in Louisiana. It is not sweet to me, it is bitter.
I’m bummed it has chicory root fiber. This is also known as Inulin/prebiotic fiber and it causes severe gastrointestinal upset in some people (myself included!)
Me too! I had to stop eating those protein vegan protein cookies for this reason. It messes me up bad.
You guys crack me up! You rock!
HAHA, thank you
They do have chocolate and other products just haven't made it to the US yet.
This looks great for vegan ranch and other savory things. I love almond milk but I don't like putting it into savory things. Personally I don't miss the taste of dairy milk but I do miss having a milk option that has no sweetness and a neutral taste
Yes exactly!
Ugh I want to try this! But if I love it, it's too expensive to buy all the time. Love soy milk but I don't like the taste when cooking with it. so in a creamy soup or sauce this sounds like it would be worth the cost
I love your taste tests! New watcher here 💚
I know I'm a bit late but I just tasted it yesterday.
That's okay!
It smelled and tasted too much like pineapple juice. Mine wasn't as fresh. Maybe if I try it fresh it might taste good.
Ok , I had to come back with a follow up... This Not Milk....
Is Amazing! We bought both and we found was prefer the 2% over the whole.
Awesome! So glad that you like it!
Love Not Milk!
I'm gonna have to try this!! It will be great to make Alfredo with!
Notco's Not-Icecream and NotBurgers are sooo good!! I think they're currently working on a NotTuna!
I hope we get some of those soon!
I’m eating Frosted Flakes with Whole NotMIilk while watching. Pretty dang close to regular milk.
Nice!
And if it tastes that close to dairy milk, I'd always be wondering if someone has sneakily put dairy in my tea and waiting for the next couple of hours for the dairyrhea to arrive.
totally get that
This milk taste so much like cows milk that I was worried about drinking it. It's delicious
oh man!
I am having it now.....I do not see coconut on the list tho. It's really good, I can't do without it
❤️
Love you guys. So much entertainment 😂
21:10 Oatmeal! A basic one with no extra flavourings!
I feel like this would be the milk my mum would love as she is not the biggest fan of oat/nut/soy milks in her oatmeal, which she always eats super basic with just some banana/apple and maple syrop - you know, then you can definitely taste the milk :D
oh yes
Great review as always! You need to review Magnum Non Dairy ice cream bars. They are outstanding and I had to look back at the box to make sure I picked up the vegan ones! 😂. I’ve tried 3 flavors....not sure if there’s more. Thanks for the time and effort you put into everything you guys do !!😍🤩😘
haha, we tried them in I think our Target video and they are incredible
@@MakeItDairyFree looks like I have to watch another review 🥳👍🏻
Will have to try NotMilk!
Love love love this milk. I kinda went nuts in the last couple months buying it lol
hahaha don't blame you
You should try more of their products
I would love to try it, but I'm allergic to pineapple. What a bummer.
someone else in the comments said they too have a pineapple allergy, how frustrating
@@MakeItDairyFree yes especially when you love them...it was my absolute favorite cake. At least the next to last time I had them, they were fresh off the tree in the Dominican Republic. What a memory...they were like candy not the taste like we find in those bought in the grocery store. Something to be said about harvesting at peak ripeness and not green.
Oh love your videos. I am mostly vegetarian, but serious about making the plunge to be vegan.
I do enjoy the Not Milk
We have it here in Canada and there is chocolate which I haven’t tried yet
