This is still one of my favorite. Was sick for about a month with COVID19 and this is the second day back to working out. I use to do a full hour w no problem...but it’s been shaky going at 45 minutes. But glad I did it! Feel great to be back to normal! Stay safe coach and Claudia !

This is still one of my favorite short workouts. My abs are always a weakness, and I feel this workout gives some love to legs, shoulders, and flexibility in my hips and lower back. Plus it’s intense enough to trigger cardio response. Great all around.

I Just started from one week. Got the sweat in 15 mins which i get by doing the jogging for 1 hour. Keep Going Guys.Will post my before and after pictures once i get slim and fit.

One of my favourite workouts!! I am able to do a lot of coach's variations normally, but came here after a killer chest and triceps workout. Arms were jello. Couldn't support myself in bear plank, so had to drop to my knees, but still got a great core workout! Thanks guys! Love your videos. Support you on Patreon and hoping to up my contribution soon.

HASfit, you guys do a great job. :) You make fitness approachable to regular people. I like that your message is not "workout like there's no tomorrow and go insane" but it is "challenge yourself enough, but keep moving and come back tomorrow because fitness is a long journey". I think this is good for normal people whose entire existence doesn't revolve around fitness. Other channels that overhype things make them feel like it should which is not sustainable in the long run.

Did 45min HIIT then the Mpower triceps and chest workout, ( just body weight) and finished up with this. I am having a real hard time getting the long head of triceps to grow. I swam for many years and I'm wondering if my tricep muscle memory is stuck in 'elongated mode' from doing so much endurance work. Same issue in weight training. Push ups are really hard, and I usually break form and my elbows take the hit. Any suggestions ?
