I agree, that game is a classic and was great for it's time but now, ITS COMPLETE GARBAGE. At least for the second half, the levels are not at all designed around the games camera or controls, they almost all play right into the weaknesses of the game.

I’ve always found the Ludwig fight from SMW to be both the most fun and most difficult in the game. Died three times to it, never died to another boss in that game.
For the Manta Ray boss in Sunshine, there's a spot in the water you can stand in and the ray or it's smaller parts won't be able to get to you. While standing there, all you need to do is spray water and hit them. That made the manta boss incredibly easy for me.
I've always had trouble with Clawgrip at the end of level 5 in Super Mario 2. I think it's mostly because I warped over this level for years and never had much practice against him.
Lakithunder was pretty hard, because the Bowser Castle that you have to go through first had snake-blocks, fire and swinging spike-balls, which made it extra hard if you only had a fire flower and no secondary flower, you’d end up in the fight with small Mario or only big Mario, but that was just two hits, and those spineys always used to get me
@@chimmychuck I agree, yeah they are but if we're talking which is the most difficult out of them, regardless if they're easy, I feel those three were most challenging of the bunch. Koopalings have never been much of a challenge, I wish they'd make them tougher in newer games.
If you’re quick enough you can jump on Roy and Morton three times before they run up the walls to end the fight quickly so in my opinion they are the easiest in the game
Great content! I love this video. But I just wanna note, as tough as the Dark Side Moon is, there’s a hidden Life Mushroom there before the fight that you can get each time in between rounds. It makes the moon a LOT easier.
I strongly agree re Super Mario Sunshine on Mecha Koopa - I always struggle to get the aim right! But the Manta? I LOVE that fight! So much fun dividing them again and again!

Super Mario Bros. 3: Huh I thought Lemmy was the easiest because you couldn't get hurt, but I see now you can. Can't think of any standouts (I haven't fought Bowser) Super Mario World: Roy was easy. I'd say Wendy as she made me die twice, which most other Koopalings didn't do. Iggy (yes, the first one) is always annoying because he never seems to get knocked where you want him to, and it's easy to fall off due to the game's slippery controls. I haven't made it to Bowser yet though. Yoshi's Island: Haven't fought but 3 bosses so far. Super Mario RPG: Haven't made it to a boss yet! Paper Mario: Huff N Puff I somehow beat in 1 try. Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door: Haven't played it yet... Super Mario Sunshine: Only fought Petey Piranha and the Polluted Piranha Plants so far. New Super Mario Bros.: Most bosses were really easy. I'd choose Lakithunder though, as he has fast attacks that keep you on your toes. Petey Piranha does scare me with his stomps though, but only when I need to beat him with Mini Mario. Bowser & Bowser Jr. (final battle) were really easy, you just spam fireballs and win. Or bring a Mega Mushroom! Super Mario Galaxy: Definitely Bouldergeist's Daredevil battle. Kamella's Daredevil battle comes second. Both were fun challenges! New Super Mario Bros. Wii: Final Bowser by a long shot. That one's challenging if you try to beat it without power-ups! If I had to choose a Koopaling, it'd be Ludwig's first fight because of those annoying magic blasts that home in on you. Kamek is 2nd hardest for me though. Super Mario Galaxy 2: I used to have lots of trouble with Megahammer. Now it would probably be Megahammer Daredevil or Fiery Gobblegut. Super Mario 3D Land: Final Bowser, definitely. New Super Mario Bros. 2: I understand the complaints, but I still like this game as it's fun to collect tons of coins and the DLC packs are pretty creative. Dry Bowser would probably be the hardest for me. All the Koopalings are basically equal for me, but Iggy seems unpredictable (I still win in 1 try though) New Super Mario Bros. U: Kamek wasn't hard, if I remember correctly. Final Bowser wasn't as hard this time. I'd actually have to pick Ludwig! Sumo Bro. was annoying until I found you could cheese it and hit him when he gets up. Super Mario 3D World: Lol I actually beat Meowser in 1 try. If I rerun without power-ups, I might think otherwise. Bowser's Highway Runback was hardest for me. Boss Blitz is hard simply because the bosses are hard to beat all in a row without running out of time, not that each boss individually is too hard. Super Mario Odyssey: If you can cheat and say a collection of bosses is the hardest, then what about 3D World's Boss Blitz? The Broodals' final fights were difficult, but that was mainly because of it being a boss rush. For a single boss, it'd be final Bowser. For some reason, Rango kept killing me during his 2nd fight... Super Mario Maker: 2 Giant Bowsers in Fire Clown Cars and Giant Bowser Jr. in Fire Clown Car with Bill Blasters that shoot Bloopers and Lakitus that drop Cheep Cheeps and ground that falls away and you're given 1 Fire Flower all while there's limited time! In all seriousness, if you were to simply drop a boss and call it a fight, Bowser Jr. is a bit harder than Bowser. Super Mario Run: Only played world 1. Super Mario Maker 2: Haven't explored the Koopalings yet. Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story: Dark Star X and Fawful Express Mario & Luigi: Dream Team: Antasma X! Playing through hard mode currently, will give updates. Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam: Kamek and Paper Kamek refight Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition: Iggy kept killing me in 1 hit!
For dream team bros, sure that antasma X is extremely hard... but, next up is bowser Junior, it's also super hard, because you might lose because you run out of turns. It's a new/secret boss, and attacks are super hard to dodge. Oh he steals special attacks each time you use one until you jump in jr mobile (and this is the best part of the boss to deal massive dmg, especially with the counter attack buff)
I'm still confused why he made the chill bully look so hard. The boss is underwhelming. With a decent timed jump, you can kill him in one fell swoop, or just keep jumping above him. I beat this boss first try. Even during my first playthrough this was easy. Plus the platform you are given is plenty of space.
When fighting Fryguy, I always collected all the mushroom blocks up on top and dropped them on him from above. It requires patience, but is otherwise easy. Claw Grip was a bit more awkward because you had to jump on and pick up the bouncing boulders.
The hardest boss battle in Mario Galaxy for me was the fire baby plant rather than Bouldergheist. Considering that, from what I remember, the baby plant leaves a trail of fire that can burn you, plus you have to time your attack when its tail's fire is put off Edit: by the third phase, the tail would flicker faster between fire and normal.
10:10 Bouldergeist is difficult until you figure out his achilles heel/weakness (so to speak). If you stand close to him - then he is less likely to do his eathquake - and it makes it a lot easier. It takes away opportunities for you to rush in with a boo and attack him. For me, the most difficult boss is Kamella (on the Ghost Ship), especially in Daredevil Mode (yet, I still think that the most difficult star in the game is Lava Spire Daredevil, because you need to go through AN ENTIRE MISSION without getting hit ONCE- and the level is long, so if you die, you must restart the ENTIRE level over and over. Also, it is pretty intense at the end, where you are racing against the lava and that goomba could get in your way - so it is to your advantage just to dodge it and make sure you jump onto the platform and break, break, break the glass to get the star).
this is the correct opinion. I speedrun 120 star and by FAR the Garden's daredevil comets are the hardest. Bouldergeist's difficulty is sooooooo overrated
You should totally replay Super Paper Mario. You praise TTYDs story, and supers is better. There’s a lot of little charming secrets and gags that are totally great! There is an arcade, that you could not have seen if you finished it in 5 hours. Worth a replay
At 4:50. Of the normal bosses, the hardest in Yoshi's Island is the one midway through world 5. I thought you'd cover him. That slug thing with the heart was SO DAMN HARD to beat. Way harder than the final world 5 boss, or even the giant walking metal ball thing midway through world 6. I played this game almost 15 years ago and I still remember that annoying critter. LOL.
Wait if he used them in super mario land 2 why haven't we ever seen wario use powerups in games ever? He always just uses brute strength in his gamea I'm curious of what his fire coloration would be
Finally, someone else who pronounces Kamek as Kay-mehk. Anyhoo, Cackletta's Soul. Very difficult to a perfect level. Elder Princess Shroob, however, is too hard. I may feel that way because I was extremely underlevelled, but yeah, EPS hard...
On my winning attempt of the Shadow Queen, Bobbery was confused, meaning he could accidentally hit Mario. And Mario was almost dead, so that would mean an instant game over. He had to land that hit or we would have lost. Thank god he hit the finishing blow or I would have never touched the game again.
Yo, the hardest boss battle for me was the final bowser. Even with the life-up I still died so many times! And I'm not even talking about the True final bowser.
I thought you were gonna say sike after the Mecha Bowser entry. After you are able to get the shotgun blast technique down the manta ray fight is pretty easy, but it's by far the hardest one.
When it came to Daredevil Bouldergheist, I struggled so much with Mario, but when I fought it as Luigi, I actually did it first try, which surprised even me
If you do a dive strat you can fast-kill him quickly. If you mess that up however or try to fight him the intended way he's much harder relatively speaking.
3:00 Ah yes, the Tatanga. My favorite Mario boss, right up there with the Bowser and the Wario. Edit: He actually says “the” before a lot of names. Also, Meowser is ridiculously easy, in my opinion.
Okay, mostly a good video, but I have to bring up the fact that you only mentioned the first two Paper Mario games along with Super Mario RPG. What about the other Paper Mario games? Or the Mario and Luigi games?
Omg I can agree on that when I played through the first time, I literally used the golden tanooki for every level. Though full play through 2 was done with barely and power ups at all and no golden tanookis being visible at any point.
With Mario World the most challenging bosses are the Reznors since you are only given around 30 seconds to beat them before instantly getting killed by lava.
I think he made this list more from the point of someone that would be playing this game without knowing all the tricks like diving at the Chill Bully.
Here's some unmentioned RPG's. If you disagree, let me know. super paper mario: Super Dimentio Superstar Saga: Cackletta Soul Partners in time: Elder Princess Shroob Bowser's Inside Story: Dark Star Core Sticker Star: Gooper Blooper Colour Splash: Honestly, i have no idea. Dream Team: Antasma X Paper Jam: Dry Bowser, i guess.
Personally I think bowser is the hardest boss in sticker star because you need so many thing stickers lol and you would never know how to do it without a guide
@@MintyMit. Actually, that is a good point. Just didn't want to make them all final bosses, and i struggled with Gooper a bit because of his rapid attacks.
Fry Guy's hitbox extends above the top platforms just enough to just drop the same block on him until he breaks apart into pieces. The crab boss (I dont know its name) is the hardest in my opinion
The most frustrating Mario boss in ANY GAME was the final boss in Mario and Luigi partners in time. It took me a very long time to beat it and i am surprised that kids are expected to.

Congratulations. You reached 100k subscribers.
I actually thought the final boss from Super Mario 3D Land was the hardest boss in the game.
I had way more trouble with Fiery Dino Piranha with 6 hp than with bouldergeist with 1 hp. I always get that daredevil run first-try.
He didn't mention even ONE of the luigi's mansion game:
King boo and luigi would like to know your location.
lol
Those aren't in the MAIN series
@@dangerdoge4113 Yoshi's island isn't a main serie!
@@Paradoxe_0 I agree that it shouldn't be on here but that doesn't mean Luigi's mansion should
@@dangerdoge4113 yeah I know but the luigis mansion games are more important
I would say Wendy Koopa is the hardest enemy in Super Mario World.
What about in 3?
@@aiaproductions9319 Bowser is the hardest, but Ludwig and Roy are hard as well.
I’ve played New Super Mario Bro’s Wii multiple times and never knew I could beat Bowser jr by ground pounding the floor. The more ya know
Finally, someone else who pronounces Kamek as Kay-mehk.
Congrats on the 100K!
Yo, the hardest boss battle for me was the final bowser. Even with the life-up I still died so many times! And I'm not even talking about the True final bowser.
FLUDD: A Bullet Bill approaches from behind!
Me: Oh Sh-
Mario: Nooooo!
*Too Bad!*
Turtle wizard with glasses shoots magic balls of magic.
Just subscribed, great video:)
next do the easiest boss fight in every Mario game
edit: ill be so honored if copycat responded
Say what?
Remember that boss from the Overthere?
I thought you were gonna say sike after the Mecha Bowser entry. After you are able to get the shotgun blast technique down the manta ray fight is pretty easy, but it's by far the hardest one.
❤️❤️ good job buddy
When it came to Daredevil Bouldergheist, I struggled so much with Mario, but when I fought it as Luigi, I actually did it first try, which surprised even me
I always did it first try
That Mario Galaxy boss put me right off getting all stars. I could never kill him on one hit
Yes that yoshi island fight! Could not beat it as a kid, bought it as an adult and finally victory!!!
Finally somebody besides me thinks the chill bully is difficult everybody says it's easy
Cuz it is
Just dive onto arena and hit the Bully to defeat him
If you do a dive strat you can fast-kill him quickly.
I know this is a year old, but thank you. “The Kamek, the Culex,” it was driving me nuts
Evolution of Toadette in Mario Games (2008-2019)
First appearance: Mario Kart Wii (2008)
Latest appearance: Mario Super Sluggers (2008)
I'm not sure if your trying to make a joke, but if not, she actually first appeared in mario kart double dash
Okay, mostly a good video, but I have to bring up the fact that you only mentioned the first two Paper Mario games along with Super Mario RPG. What about the other Paper Mario games? Or the Mario and Luigi games?
That rollercoaster sunshine missions was easy as pie fam 😂
Oh yea the mecha bowser in Sunshine was one that gave me an annoying time for sure! Lots of raging.
when your 5 years old, New Super Mario Bros. 2 is a pretty hard game. 8 years ago
Omg I can agree on that when I played through the first time, I literally used the golden tanooki for every level. Though full play through 2 was done with barely and power ups at all and no golden tanookis being visible at any point.
The hardest one in SMB3 has to be Wendy, Lemmy is quite hard but Wendy JUMPS and you can jump on Lemmy’s ball too.
Just a tip you can dive into the chill bullie from off the ice instintly defeating him you just have to be careful not to slide too far yourself
With Mario World the most challenging bosses are the Reznors since you are only given around 30 seconds to beat them before instantly getting killed by lava.
I just beat Super Mario RPG for the first time and man that 2nd phase for Smithy was hard. Culex would kill me lol
Funnily enough, on my most recent playthough of 64, I accidentally killed Chilly Bully wjhen I jumped onto his little platform.
The Lord of lightning rematch is the hardest for me because of the waves of lightning saws
Sweet more hardest boss awesome
How to defeat bosses in other games: high skill attacks that you need a strategy to pull off
How to defeat bosses in mario: *bonk*
How to defeat Kirby bosses: swallow their souls or pummel them to death
Boss fights have really changed up since then. Some go to the point where a strategy is needed.
The chill bully is hard. What the heck dude it's the easiest in the whole series. Bandy will agree with me
I think he made this list more from the point of someone that would be playing this game without knowing all the tricks like diving at the Chill Bully.
The hardest boss is that first goomba in Super Mario Bros.
Here's some unmentioned RPG's. If you disagree, let me know.
super paper mario: Super Dimentio
Superstar Saga: Cackletta Soul
Partners in time: Elder Princess Shroob
Bowser's Inside Story: Dark Star Core
Sticker Star: Gooper Blooper
Colour Splash: Honestly, i have no idea.
Dream Team: Antasma X
Paper Jam: Dry Bowser, i guess.
Color Splash: Piper..... ._.
Color splash:the steak
Personally I think bowser is the hardest boss in sticker star because you need so many thing stickers lol and you would never know how to do it without a guide
@@MintyMit. Actually, that is a good point. Just didn't want to make them all final bosses, and i struggled with Gooper a bit because of his rapid attacks.
@@trainerflowey2729 oh ok
Fry Guy's hitbox extends above the top platforms just enough to just drop the same block on him until he breaks apart into pieces. The crab boss (I dont know its name) is the hardest in my opinion
Copycat: Chill Bully would have to be the hardest non Bowser boss for me
Speedrunners: haha Mario go dive
might just be me but the wario model at 4:10 is nightmare fuel for sure
best / catchiest song in every mario game
The most frustrating Mario boss in ANY GAME was the final boss in Mario and Luigi partners in time. It took me a very long time to beat it and i am surprised that kids are expected to.
What about antasma X from Mario and Luigi Dream Team?
Everyone said all boss fights are EASY but i think there are something so difficult
I wish I found the 2D Mario games easy but I cannot relate. I love 2D platformers but the ridiculous precision needed for 2D Mario can be infuriating.
In Mario Galaxy, I personally have a lot more trouble with Kingfin than Bouldergeist.
Hi copycat love your videos
