    This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

    Warning: Do not underestimate these workouts. ESPECIALLY THIS ONE! Once I got a resistance band, i tried this and I haven’t gotten a good bicep workout in weeks until I tried this one. Thx bro and keep up the hard work!! 🔥🔥🔥

      I like both, I use both of them in my routine, along with a couple of the dumbell workouts you posted. I have been only doing these for a couple weeks and can already feel the difference

    Hi Mike, I've been doing most of my training with resistance bands for some time, but never experienced anything like what I did doing your 5 minute approach!     Dude, for a second there I was like "yo! wtf?!" those compression pants have you looking like a double amputee. That print looks similar to the prosthetics amputees use. Sidenote: Nothing against amputees. Just an observation.

      I would recommend to check out kits with multiple levels of resistance so you can start light and work your way up!!

    Great content as always. Btw, is it true wrist curls are bad for you. I heard many people say farmers walks are more effective and safe for the wrist joint. Is this true?

      Glad you like the video! I personally love wrist curls and think they’re great for building aesthetic forearms but farmers walks are definitely more multi-purposed and will help more with building overall muscular development and grip strength. Why just do one? Train both! No limits 💪🏻

    The intense 5 minute resistance bands workout series byAnabolic Aliens helped complete my conversion to resistance bands 2 years ago. Now, my upper body routine is 90% resistance bands, with the exception of chin ups and lat pull downs. It is safe and effective, Keep making those great videos, Mike!

    Mike what resistance band weight do you use? Not tried your circuits yet but I usually have 4 bands for curling 90lb which seems to suit me for reps finishing with isometric hold.

    Hey Mike, I’ve been using some of your 5/10 minute workouts at home for a month or two now and I’ve been seeing great results, they’re awesome! I’ve been trying to work on my arms because I’m pretty skinny but I’ve noticed that my right arm seems to be a little bigger/more muscular looking than my left. Why is that? Any suggestions to fix it?

    Monday- bicep x4 sets tricep x3 sets
    Wednesday- full Leg work out- x3 sets
    Thursday- cardio/endurance
    Saturday- abs and upper body strength

    love your resistance band workouts! I've been doing HIIT workouts for 14 months, since COVID started, 7 hours of HIIT per week. I've needed to add upper body muscle building workouts into my routine so I'm now doing HIIT in the morning and muscle building in the evenings, using loads of your workouts. Really enjoying them and feeling very positive about upping my game with my workouts! Thanks so much for your videos, they are so awesome.
