Give version 2 of the intense 5 minute resistance band chest workout a try! You get a killer workout that hits the entire chest in only 5 minutes. This routine can be done at home, at the gym, or wherever you have access to a resistance band. You'll be feeling it the next day due to how effective this routine is. Felt like more of a front shoulder workout than anything else. Shoulders were on fire! 🔥
Be careful with your form
This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

Armaghan Zubair u can get whatever gains u want. Its not so much the equiptnent bt how it is used. Ive learned a ton due to vids like this.

Loads of energy great motivation to grab the band and do some workout
I know that some guys are saying they don't feel this in the chest. Here is my suggestion. Mike has 2 band chest videos for a total of 10 exercises. Pick the 5 movements that you feel the most from each video to make your own personal routine. This is what I did and came up with a killer chest program. Give it a try.
Dose this give the same results as weights?
@@tariqhussain7297 You can make gains with either. I train at home now and find bands work better. As a senior, I get more from bands with greater safety. For some, such as a high school or college athletes, weights would be better. It would probably be best to give bands a try, work hard, and see what you can accomplish.

I've been working out for a few years now, with super difficult and heavy workouts. Due to the COVID situation I'm now with resistance bands, and almost no workout has ever gotten my muscles hurting the next day. Even the 15 minute ones from this guy (4 repetitions) didn't do it. BUT THESE?! These 5 minute workouts, 2-3 times with about 1.5 min in between, has left every part of my body in pain (the good kind :D )

I just started keto diet...so far i dont have the energy to do heavy training with rest breaks but it was advised to me that on keto i should train while fasting and therefore need shorter more intense workouts. This isn't exactly abut this video but recently I've started doing volume training since I have some joint trouble. But neaver drop the intensity part. The pasrt I've taken from you is timing instead of sset numbers. A min on and short rest. I'm enjoying this so far. Can hardly wait until the wek-end since I take it off. Really becomes a mental baattle. You're burning like crazy long before you actually can't do more. But you preach keeping at it. And the saying "It only takes a min" will never be the same.

@@Shahannnnn is definitely been helping me. Like I said, I've been putting on leaner muscle, but that's because I have a track background and well as football, so I still use a lot of track workouts as well.

I did this workout today im 61 ive been doing exercise all my life from teens to now.I did this workout doing it 3 times and also anabolic aliens resistance band trap execise 3 times also.All i can say it was great pump ,tomorrow im going to do his resistance band back workout and biceps do it all 3 times,but afterwards throw in some chinups,i have loads of bands realised after first set id have to use a less resistant band but i felt good afterwards its the evening now and i can feel alredy my chest starting to ache,but a good ache

I protruded my chest more and didn't bury my head in my neck like in the video but tilted it upwards more toward the ceiling and that helped me focus more on the chest
