I bought a new set of bands to do these. So always have 2 anchors and bands ready.
This helped me out a lot. I’m new to using resistance bands but trying to not be so hard on my back since I injured it.

i started a bit of a resistance band workout routine and then i wanted to start focusing on my abs as I sorta developed a terrible belly the past year and a half, so this is exactly what I need to burn that fat away as I cant do ordinary crunches or situps when you lay on the floor due to some old injury. Thanks man this video is great!

Hey mike I just watched your how to pro ram intense workout routine video I had a question how long do I need to take between sets like should I do the first set and then a min rest or what ?
for the same muscle group I'd recommend 1 min rest as more advanced, 2 mins intermediate, 3 as a beginner.. if it's a completely different muscle group afterward, whenever you're ready!

they are different Sai! BW uses your own body as the force of resistance and the resistance bands use the bands as the force of resistance .. both can help build muscle! .. the Resistance bands may help you make gains faster though due to an external force adding excess resistance!

Anabolic Aliens how much weight of resistance band should I use ... For all exercises ...... Plz reply me Bro ..... Im 17 years old
there are different resistance levels for the bands.. the best bet if you were to only use one band is get the medium resistance one because that'll be a challenge especially if you're a beginner and if a particular exercise you could do more with, you can just step further out to create even more resistance on the band!

You can repeat the video 2-4 times. Whatever you’re comfortable and think you’re ready for.
so for each workout how many rounds do you do?
2-3 for beginners
3-4 advanced
2~3 min rest between each round
My mid and lower back feel rough during those first two exercises. Any suggestions?

When you do these crunches, try to keep your lower back still, and just move your upper body.

I'm slowly but steadily starting to see the tips of my wings growing out of my shoulder blades. Keep doing the crunches and squeeze at the bottom and you'll definitely start growing wings.

Make sure, in this exercises, that your lower back is staying relatively still. Try to activate your abs, and you'll feel it. Good luck!
