I am a begginer sprinter (sophomore) and have been lifting for max strength and power for the last 2 months, would you recommend that i start plyos also before a workout or should i wait for my strength to develop first?

u can do plyos and not do strength if u rlly wanted to the most important is plyos

For the pogo jumps, do I need to jump as high as possible or no? Because I saw another one of your videos where you said we should jump as hogh as possible for the pogos at the end.
Does playing basketball get the same benefits as extensive plyos?
