Sir what are the benefits of doing deep range plyos? Is it better on improving power and explosiveness?

So youre saying the deep plyos are filling unfilled gaps in general/structural phases which should substituted for more specific joint angles later?

What do u reckon is the best time to do the workouts for me I'm a high school student in school 8 hrs a day usually sleep when I come back for like 40 mins then do hw after that I usually check my phone to see what's going on study, by the time I finish studying I feel so tired I try to work out a bit but I'm only using like 15% force and the acceleration isn't great at all and I would get tired quickly and fall to sleep, is there anything u think I should change and when should I squeeze the workouts in

Seems you only have two options. Wake up early and hit it or do it at the end of the day. If you feel fatigued and drained at the end of the day you might want to try early mornings. Keep in mind - if you have a goal that’s important enough to you, you’ll be willing to do almost anything to achieve it.

Recently decided to see if I could start from a deep full squat and jump up and touch the rim with 2 hands...no problem. So then I turned it into a repeated exercise. How many times can I jump from a full squat, touch the rim, back down to a full squats touch the ground then back uo to the rim... with a. continuous flow ..
It adds a nice variation to just seeing how many times I can bounce up to the rim with a normal moderate knee bend...
as well as trying to do it faster with less knee bend and absolute minimum ground contact time

That’s huge for gains. And when you start missing the rim you stop? That’s gold right there.

@@NathanaelMorton basically. Today I hit 8 straight from the deep squat. (I'm hella tall though, so the rim isn't that far).
