Can the inbuilt PCV valve be cleaned?
What is the thread size for the injector puller adaptor
Is there no valve stem seal replacement video? For volvo d4 engine? thank you!!!
Unfortunately I haven't done valve stem seals on this engine.
Nice video! It almost makes it doable for a non car mechanic! Still, 1 question; with other volvo engines the pcv problem seems to be fixed by just replacing the membrane, is / was that not possible / sensible with this engine?
Thanks 😉 it can't be replaced as the pcv system is part of the valve cover 😢
Part 2 coming soon? This was 8 months ago.
There is on my channel.
I have a 2017 V90 D4 - is the procedure the same?
My mechanic says it’s a 2 day job because he needs to remove the intake.
If your engine looks the same then the procedure should be the same as well. I haven't worked on a 2017 V90 tho yet.
@@MrNiceGuy94 it looks the same - maybe i should consider a different mechanic 😎
Where are you based?I can't advise you on that, also I don't want to talk down on anybody :DThe job takes around 2-3 hours ;)
