Cool video. Thanks. Those per-lane adjustments are very cool. Just note that your mic is very sibilant - might want to de-ess or EQ that bad boy and, like most UA-camrs, you're framed too low in the shot - people seem to naturally position their face in the middle of the shot, but the "correct" way is to have just a touch of space above your head. But, you know, maybe you like lots of headroom... ba-dum-tish!

That helped alot brother....now if you wanted to take that pattern and get actual audio coming out how do you do that? I tried yesterday for the first time in years to compose a beat and i have forgotten how to get audio :(

I'm not sure what question you're asking so I'll answer 2 possible ones.
      1. You need to make sure the instrument on it has samples playing (so drag samples onto the pads or use one of the S1 presets).
      2. You can render the audio channel by right clicking the Impact instrument and saying render instrument, OR you can right click the pattern file itself and find the option 'Bounce to new track' which will create audio from it.
I hope that helps, if not feel free to elaborate further!

Great video! we are pro tools and ableton users very interested in switching over - had a question if my brother and I get studio one can we collaborate on a session with a single license? We work in the same studio room on each of our laptops so we would just like to both add things to the same session we’re both collaborating on. Thanks for any advice on this ya might have!

Thank you! Hmm. Possibly, Studio One has a collaborate feature that might work, although realtime stuff can get a bit funky. I run my work off dropbox so i can work from multiple computers but I've never done it at the same time.
I think try out the collaborate feature (just upload the song there and download on both computers) and see what happens!
