I agree with Tito Boy's answer. I think China should follow UNCLOS' verdict as China is also a UN member, a permanent member at that. At the same time, I understand why China is claiming South China Sea (West PH Sea). Trillions of dollar in trade goes through the sea and any foreign power (US) could cut it off from China.

It is weird to hear that you are complaining about other nationalities working here while there many filipinos illegaly working abroad.
That is totally different matter. Philippines is a poor counrty and its people need jobs to sustain life. But Chinese easily access it illegally due to the support of our administration in which by the way they abuse. Filipinos who work aboard illegally should be prioritize by the counrty where they work to be deported. Im guessing your Chinese Filipino or even Chinese who live here in the Philippines

They are working here because they cannot find jobs in their country same with filipinos who are illegaly working abroad because they cannot find a job here. So, should we ask the government to deport plenty illegaly working filipinos abroad as well as that miniscule number of illegal foreign workers here? As far as I know this government nor any government allows that but people still do it for the same exact reasons. They all want jobs which they cannot find in their countries.

What is the United Nations in the first place? Do they actually have the power to bind individual countries when it does not follow their dictum? Or would it lead to full scale warfare? Btw, if anyone of you actually read the ruling, it simply states that NO ONE can forbid the other from exploiting the natural resources if it has been a traditional fishing ground by that said group of people. YES! It also means that Philippines CANNOT FORBID other foreigners from fishing within the EEZ. Only in territorial water a nation has Sovereignty, an the EEZ, it is only Sovereign rights.
