I’d watched the whole episode of this Public speaking matters, and I really enjoy Tito Boy’s coaching.
In my own experience I have learned to overcome my fears in Public speaking/communication skill when I stopped using translation loop inside my head. I’ve practiced the habit of listening. Listening intently to the person while he is talking and listening to the voice of my heart when I want to express my opinion/speech to the public. And most importantly, building a connection towards the audience. Those ways had helped me to feel comfortable and treat a person or the audience like my close friends that I’d known for long time.

Gusto ko po ng mabisang counselor kung paano ko ma lalabanan ang pagka nervous KO behind speaking in public and in a crowd . Pinanganak akong mahiyain, at walang confident. Lalo na ngayong college NKO GUSTO kong mawala lahat ng takot ko when it comes to speak in front of many people.
