    Great Video. I use to do wipe grip but tore my shoulder tendons. Do NOT go heavy on these. I only did 135 but still to heavy. Be smart people please. Surgery sucks.

    There is no ultimate upper body workout just do the basics with great intensity twice a week and eat for success
