WE.LOVE.FITNESS!! Over the past decade we have We have competed at 7 Crossfit Games, multiple Marathons and triathlons, we have spent time learning and training at Westside barbell along with ton of other fitness endeavors as outdoor enthusiast. We created the IBEX Training app that host a variety of fitness programs to blend running, bodybuilding and strength and conditioning. I just am so jealous of your garage gym !! So amazing ❤ I’ve waited to see you do a hydrox ! So excited .. tons of great trail marathons in Ohio you don’t have to go far ! Stone steps is amazing ! The buckeye races .. you should totally do pikes peak( Colorado ) though !!! You already have a marathon that would easily qualify you .. I race in Columbus a lot for fun too ( road) but there are a ton of trails in your area too ! I am a trail girl at heart ! Come run the flying pig the Nati would love you guys ! Good luck with the training ! Im looking forward to my races with this Ibex training , I’ve just been loving the hell out of it , the best thing I’ve ever done with my training was do it .. I do the running hybrid .. this challenge sounds awesome too !
I signed up for the hybrid run/strength program a few days ago. I am excited to follow this program along with acft exercises as accessories. A few days into it.. I have to say I have never been so confident and motivated to get in the run and running trail. It will be challenging and hard work but I am up for it. Especially being station in the Middle East for a year. 🫤 you are very inspirational! you rock Kristi!

Hey coach, i’m following the 60 program but I need to work more on my engine. Should i do those long workouts from the lift/run program and how often per week? Or should i do the mono from the comp program?

I am sure you have plenty of resources in your corner, but feel free to reach out if you have any questions....I've done 6, and each one is mostly better than the last!

Good luck with your 2024 comp season. I was wondering what you would get up to after you retired from Crossfit. It's hard to get rid of that competitive mindset if you've been at it your whole life. Much easier to keep going if you have a goal in mind.
We love to compete but we really want to give back to the community. Quietly, We have been very busy,..and we are real excited for 2024 😎
