    I have the hardest time figuring out my RPE. I’ll be tired and feel like I only have 1-2 reps left but after like 60 seconds I’m like welllll maybe I could have done 4-5 more. Figuring out my RPE is something that hopefully comes with time.

      It will get easier with time, but dont second guess yourself to much. The way you feel right after the set, is the feeling I would go with!
